This is a shame for your store, you as a manager should train your employees better, they are not to blame for the work I do, but the person who trains, apart from the fact that they do not have what is necessary in this store, they do things wrong and the problem is that if we remain silent it will be the same all the time and this is not free, it is paid, the instructions are clear and they come out with other things and apart from that they do not toast the bread

Everytime I have ever gone onto this place they have never had the rest rooms open..now I can see them not wanting to let the general public on them...But not to a paying customer!!I will never go there again nor recommend this location to any one!!

Terrible customer service the ladies are very rude they do not understand. They have a rude and nasty Attitude. They act like they are paying for your sandwiches and don’t care will drop into your food. I really hope they switch these girls that work today March 2, 2022. To a whole new group of people.

Older Lady Staff Member Had The Worse Attitude. Then Started Speak Spanish To Coworker Not Knowing Other People Are Bilingual... Won't Be Coming Back To That Location... She Should Retire.

I've come here several times but I usually just order and take my sandwich home. Today my sisters and I went and we noticed they changed up everything inside. Everything looked more modern, it seemed like something a Subway that should be close to the galleria or River oaks district, not our side of town. Instead of taking out sandwiches to go we decided to sit down and eat. Everything was very clean, the staff was super nice. It felt so nice to just sit down, relax and eat. We don't go to Subway on a regular basis even though it's so close to home but I think that might change. We might make eating in part of our weekly or monthly routine.

Went to this location at 9pm they were closed already, but it says they aren’t supposed to close until 10pm they closed a hour before they were supposed to

Well as the worker proceeded to help me I told what meat I wanted and plus I had asked for extra meat and cheese. Plus I wanted my sandwich toasted which she did, then she moved on to the veggies when I asked for extra veggies the worker had a problem. I was already gonna pay for extra why can't I get extra veggies. I made soo upset I walked out.
