Papa John's

Edit: after a dozen or so orders, they generally get it right but man they cut the pizza funky. slices are all random sizes. Also they are inconsistent with the cheese. Just need to train the employees a little better. And maybe get get a better pizza cutter? My first experience was not great, but my second was excellent. It was very fast and the pizza was perfect. Glad I gave them a second chance. Thanks! Third experience was great too.

This Papa John's pizza took me 2 hours to get, but it was worth ever minute. Papa John's was having a promotion for a fallen officer, and the amount of orders was extremely overwhelming. The manager and his teammates handled this crazy situation with amazing effort an dedication to there job. Orders were literary coming in by the second. Phone orders, online orders, and walk ins we over loading their system. Not once did one employee break focus. Delivery drivers were flying in and out the doors. Dough, cheese, and pizza sauces were flying around, like a pizza war zone. With all the chaos ever employee knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done. The line was out the door, customers were angry, phones were ringing, but not one person on this staff lost their composure. Not only was this 2 hour pizza made for a good cause, but it was made by an amazing team of Papa John's employees. John schnatter I'm not sure what you pay these people at the Papa John's on Jones road but they need a bonus or a raise or something to compensate for there hard work and effort.

Ordered online, pizza was ready when I went to pick it up. Gentleman asked if I needed help as I had two little ones and even though I said no, he said the least he could do was at least hold the door for me. Very kind! Excellent customer service and we LOVED the pizza. Never had tried the gluten free but I appreciate it’s made with ancient grains and is delicious! Will most definitely be back again! Thank you!!!

Awesome service and outstanding quality pizza from employee Chris!!! I appreciate the excellence service and when its combined with the great tasting pizza and breadsticks made right...it makes this Papa John's the best around !!! Dedicated employee's like Chris are reason!!! He goes above and beyond to do a good job and is professional and friendly! I'll definitely be back. A plus

I've been picking up pizza at this location for the last 8 years. Not sure why there are so many poor ratings. It's Papa John's Pizza for goodness sake. I mean you are paying $10 for a pizza. If you want "quality" go to Brother's Pizza on Mills. Pizza is consistent, available on time, and there is typically a coupon to use so you can get quite a good deal to feed a family of four. I think we pick up a pizza here about once every 8 weeks.
