The employee named Andrea gave me the BEST SERVICE! I went close to the closing time and she had a wonderful attitude despite it being late. She also had the place CLEAN, it looked very organized. She just gave me the best pizza service I have ever received. The pizza was so good! Andrea from Uvalde you rock for real. BEST EMPLOYEE! 🙏🏼
I came today about 15 minutes before they closed and I felt bad for it but Andrea made me feel extremely welcomed and her service was amazing with good energy and a smile! ! I’m grateful for her and just wanted to give her some recognition. place also looked very clean.
I received some excellent customer service from Ms. Audrea here at this Pizza Hut. I hope that’s her name. She literally went above & beyond to make sure I got my order right. This lady deserve a raise. She seen a potential error coming up & got in front of it before it escalated. I appreciate her & yal at Pizza Hut. Thanks.

I ordered over the phone Tuesday 10/18/22 and came to pick up my order which was coming out of the oven as I walked in… There were only (2) people working, a young lady and a young man ( I want to say his name was Jose but it could have been Juan?) The young man met me at the register and let me tell you, as I waited for my order to be boxed up this guy was calm and and very professional. There was a rush of orders and the place was extremely busy but that didn’t phase him one bit. I was impressed to say the least. The oven was full to capacity and the orders were still coming in and people were lining up to pick up their orders also. The young lady was hustling and boxing up orders and keeping up with the demand as well… I have never seen such a busy rush handled so perfectly… Juan’s ability to handle the pressure was nothing short of amazing and it left a lasting impression on me. I have been a Pizza Hut customer since I was a young kid and I am 54 now and never have I seen such a busy hectic situation handled so perfectly… I could not in good conscience not leave a review. BTW, the Pizza and Pasta were done exactly right as well… Please do not get rid of this team. They can handle whatever needs to be done and if ever I saw management material I saw it Tuesday in Juan. Thank you Sir for making this the best Pizza Hut visit in my life… You have reinforced my opinion about Pizza Hut being the best place to order my Pizza and Pasta. Your fan for life. Paul Z.

Food is great and fresh as long as you pick it up. Do not get delivery. It will come late and be cold.
Ordered the 6.99 medium special, minimum 2 pizzas. I requested thin crust veggie lovers and that's what I got. The pizza was fine within the estimated 20 minutes. Only reason I gave four of five because one of the cooks wasn't wearing a cover on his beard and picked his nose as he was ringing me up. Otherwise everyone was kind and appeared clean.

I went in to pick up my order and got great and fast service. The store was clean and the manager was super nice to me. The food tasted great and the chocolate dessert was delicious, I go back every week!!
The big manager and the gringo are good people to start a conversation with. Order came in well and hot, enjoyed it by myself of course. I'll keep coming here again but after I finish playing 7 Days To Die.
