I have eaten at this Wok D'Lite location on Edgebrook in South Houston many, many, many times. This time left much to be desired however. My General's Chicken was wonderful but the rice tasted either burned or the grease was old. Something was definitely off. Maybe it was just a bad day, I'll try it again next time I'm in this area of town.

DON'T EAT HERE !!! DON'T EAT HERE !!! It was a roach in my rice, like it crawled in there while they was cooking it... disgusting ... roach right there next to the carrot ... i have eaten here plenty of times before but NEVER AGAIN... NEVER AGAIN... and the chicken wings are all broken up ... that cant be chicken,its some other kind of animal

Genral chicken was horrible. Yiu could tell it was cooked previously days before and reheated. It was so bad I didn't give the General Chicken to my dog. It would of definitely made my dog 🐕 sick. There's no call in number. The lady was trembling scared to take my order thinking I was going to rob her. The place looks all run down. I highly doubt they can pass Houston Health Inspections. I tried supporting local shops but unfortunately I recommend you save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I been eating here so many years!! Some family members had told me that this places is nasty they have rats never believed it!! Yesterday July 30 2021 we buy some food from this place.... a plate of general chicken with egg rolls.... we get home to find out it was a hole baby rat fried cooked in the plate. We took it back and told them did nothing about it!!!! Will never ever eat again at this place.

First time trying didn’t want a burger late night and seen it open. HUGE portion and super cheap! I got general chicken and special fried rice and 2 eggs rolls it was $11.50. Food was fresh when I got it home. Definitely worth a try! Especially it being a late night spot it’s 10pm and still Open

The line is long because the speaker box is broken and you have to order at the window. The cheese puffs could use more cheese. The chicken nuggets can be overcooked at times. The French fries need to be more crispy. The general tso chicken can be tough. Besides that the foods that I've tasted are good.

Just picked up my food and when I got back to work and opened the to go box, dead roach laying right on top of the rice! The fried biscuit, completely doughy on the inside. Be careful Wish I knew how to upload the pictures of everything. Contact foodsafety.gov
