Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Good food especially daily soups and angel hair pasta with meatballs. Very good service -- ask for Isaac. Not fancy, not pricey. Just good.

Came on a Friday night for a casual dinner. Was not disappointed, had some tasty bread to start the meal. We ordered calamari that was so fresh and warm! Then the entrees were even better, the crawfish ravioli was the best ravioli I’ve ever had, the chicken cannelloni was also great! Great spot to eat in Rice village, very affordable and tasty. Will definitely be returning!

We wanted to eat a lite dinner so we split a large Ceasar salad and split the Wild Mushroom meal. Both were very good and the bread with olive oil and mozzarella cheese for dipping the bread I was very good. We are adding this place to our favorite restaurant list.

The atmosphere inside with the Italian music in the background is amazing, it makes the whole dinner much better.
The food... Tasted as good or better than the pictures!! Great crab claws and the lasagna as traditional and indulgent as it gets
Do yourself a favor and try it out :)

What a fantastic restaurant! I was impressed with our entire experience. We ordered the meat and cheese plate for an appetizer and it was huge! Really good olives included as well. I had the veal ravioli and it was perfect. Fresh pasta and the sauce was delicious. Chocolate cake for dessert was phenomenal. We sat outside and really enjoyed the ambiance and our waitress was great. We will definitely be back!

D'Amico's is amazing. It is THE authentic Italian Spot in Houston. I wish there were more locations of it (Please make one in Richmond, TX!). As an avid Italian food foodie, I can say that it is as good as New York multi-Generational Italian restaurants. All the dishes, not just the pizza.

I love D Amico's and eat here every time I come to Houston. Today I only rate it a three because they have reduced their portion sizes significantly. I ordered their crawfish ravioli and there were three ravioli pillows on the plate...so about $6.00 per ravioli! Why so chintzy? Ridiculous. I will come back, but I hope they will go back to their generous portions.
