Amazing food! The juiciest Philly Cheese steak we’ve had yet. The boba tea was spot on. Everything was made to order and served fresh. We came in before closing, with the greatest service and hospitality. Left with a full stomach and a great experience

OMG!!! Amazing Po Boy I ever had! No coleslaw but still very delicious by its self. The fries were so fresh and crunchy, I won’t ever forget this place. My whole family fell in love with the cafe and the owners husband made our experience beyond great. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Stopped in a hurry for lunch on a Sunday . Seriously one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time . The Lady running it was very modest and was thrilled when complimented. Will be making it a Sunday lunch spot can't wait to try the rest of the menu . Have now been coming here for months , have yet to have anything except a good experience . The food gets better with each visit and the Ladies out going personality shines everytime I walk in . I recommend to everyone I know . If you Love non-franchise food quick always got and support local business, Then This Is Your Place.

Recently moved to the area to start school and I instantly fell in love with this place! It’s clean as my house (👀y’all know) and everything is just perfection from the moment you’re greeted like family at the door, to the well timed casual conversation that’s bundled with an incredibly delicious meal 🤤(that lil lady be cooking) and finally, the warm farewells that ensures safe passage home that ultimately leaves you with the feeling that, it’s A okay to come back anytime (within hours operation if course😁)

I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich combo (with fries and a drink) and it was amazing. They are generous with the veggies and the chicken had a little spice, which is good. The fries were crispy and the overall price is reasonable. I would visit again if I have the chance.

Come hungry, portions are generous and the food is fresh. The owner (I assume) stands behind the counter and guides your menu selection with obvious passion. That same passion is evident in the eclectic nature of the menu itself, ranging from fried rice and boba tea to shrimp po-boys (what I selected) and chili cheese dogs, french toast to tacos. Honestly, it's the kind of place I would open if I were to start my own restaurant.

This little mom and pop shop sits adjacent to Houston Community College Central, where it’s been serving food and boba. I was greeted by a sweet grandmotherly figure as I walked in. It’s entirely possible that she has been running this restaurant for years, if one were to guess by the site of older cafeteria tables, peeling sections of table, and a mismatch of faded menu item pictures. This is certainly no flashy or fancy location, nor was my honeydew melon smoothie the best I’ve ever had. I will admit I killed half my smoothie before getting home with my girl’s milktea lol. Haven’t tried the food yet but, it’s a decent spot with decent prices. Worth a look especially as it’s convenient for anyone taking classes at HCC. Plus discounts are given to all HCC students. I will have to let y’all know how my girl likes her milk tea after she tries it.

I only got fries and boba here for me and my kids, so I can't speak to the quality of the actual food. The fries were okay. One kid thought thier boba was fine, but did say it gave her a stomach ache. The other said it was too sweet. Mine was made with some sort of weird packet of tea that was not the black tea I asked for. The customer service was good and they remade it for me when they noticed I was not happy (believe it or not I'm not the type to complain) The replacement was watery and tasted like tap water. The best / worst part was, I took mine with me and about 15 minutes later went to get a drink to discover a hole was punched in the cup, because they serve it in styrofoam. I don't remember the last time I punched a hole in a styrofoam cup... Tea water filled drink holders in my car was a hilarious cap to the experience. I'll stick with the Teahouse. 😁

Love the energy, vibe in this restaurant. Very laid back and chilled atmosphere. Walking distance to my school and great discounts for students. Mr. Steve really makes you feel welcomed and will not let you leave dissatisfied. Not sure why anyone would leave bad reviews but If you are in the area definitely give this place a chance. I had the fried fish basket and the the fish fillets were huge and everything was made to order.
