Called to Place my order girl that took my order was nice but then they told me order would be ready in 20 min went in 25 min in store and my order wasn’t ready. I have 15 break to go pick up order which sucks . Not the first time this happened.
First time placing an order to pick up and the service I received over the phone and in person was great. The lady who took care of me was in a good mood, friendly and polite.

This Wing Stop is in a very convenient location!!! They have a clean restaurant. Along with good food. The employees are nice. A very laid back atmosphere!
They have amazing customer service. They really took their time making sure they got my order right. They even offered free samples on the different flavors (turns out atomic isn't that hot). All in all, best restaurant experience I've had. Shout out to Matt, Juan and Caesar cause they were awesome
