Whoever is in charge 4.12.23 at closing time, needs a little bit of more management training. He could’ve handle talking to his co worker in a better manner. Only reason I’m not giving a low rating is because it’s a coaching experience. But that guy does need training for sure whoever the was running the line. He sent the guy who was making a customer burrito to go sweep , in the middle of him making a burrito. That’s not right, let him finish helping the customer and then switch his assignments. Learn how to pre close accordingly so it makes closing time smooth no matter how many customers come up.

I came in at around opening time and had a wonderful experience, especially compared to prior experiences at this location As you can see in my picture, I ordered a burrito bowl, with 2 side tortillas, and the lettuce on the side. All of this was done well, with good portion sizes, and expedient service. The person working the line was Sofia/Sophia(?) and she was very personable with me: explaining menu options, asking me for my preferences, and delivering 5 star customer service. I then I learned she was the General Manager of this location for the 6 months!! For Corporate: This was one of the locations I was most dissappointed with in the city for a LONG time, I had written many complaints to their customer support center. But I do believe in the last 6 months Sophia/Sofia has turned this location around and quality/customer service standards have improved noticeably. This place still has some issues, but they are most definetely being ironed out and Im excited about visiting again.
