I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I just left and the food tastes good the service was great! The lady was so nice and gave me coupons for next time, I got a burrito with no meat and a bowl no meat and everything came as ordered (ordered on app) my chips were crunchy and good.

Awesome customer service from Jose as he recommended specials and politely answered our questions as it was first time visiting place. Chicken and sides especially the macaroni & cheese. were delicious. The burritos could have been better a bit toasty but they were yummy too. 😋 🍗
This pollo Loco on Ella is 🔥 🔥 🔥!!! First and foremost it's very clean inside. 2nd of all the service is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever about this location. The food is very delicious and the prices are not bad. On this particular visit I had the chicken nachos and I must say I was iffy

The cinnamon, milk and rice drink option is unusual, but good. We both got avocado dishes, and mine was the bowl. Amazing!
The gentleman behind the counter was personable and helped me with my order. I asked him about being outside and he told me a shoeless lady had been asked to leave recently and he was making sure she did not bother me. That is awesome watching out for others. Made me feel safer as a single old lady.
Wow!! Awesome service from the general manager Hèctor and the guy working the drive thru window. They were knowledgeable with the menu and even offered me churros to complete my order, invited me back and thank me for my visit! Keep it up y’all

This has to be the best place in the area to have a quick lunch, very healthy options and family friendly this is a great place for either lunch or dinner without breaking the bank, employees could be nicer but the quality and speed makes up for it. Try their 5$ menu and you won't be disappointed as

This is a good lunch option when you don't want actual fast food. The chicken is juicy and the Mashed Potatoes are good too.
