Mcdonald's

We used the curbside for the first time at this location. There was a short wait, but the food arrived fresh and was made exactly the way it was ordered. The double cheeseburgers were good. The fries were really good...they tasted fresh and were hot. We had two drinks and they were correct. Was a very good visit.

The associates were friendly and the food was hot! The lobby appeared clean & the lids and straws were well stocked and organized. The odd thing is that this is the first I've noticed that the customer doesn't have easy access to napkin even when dining in. The restrooms were clean, but there was no hand soap in the dispensers. The toilet seat in the handicapped stall was not bolted to the commode. Thereby, posing a possible injury to anyone trying to use it!

Today I lost every valuable thing that meant anything to me. I’ve been very depressed and stressed and often, no one cares…I was really having a bad morning. It’s also my birthday today and I have no friends or family in Houston…I felt so bad and alone and I’ve been in tears all morning. I pulled up, I ordered, I paid, and when I got to the 2nd window to receive my food, the young lady gave me a sundae. I told her I didn’t order it.(It was a brown skinned African American young lady, I think her her was Cinnamon, Red) Again, i told her I didn’t order the sundae…. She said, she knows, but she wanted me to smile. She saw the tears I was trying to hide, and her concern touched my heart. I frequent this location because of the customer service, so I wanna say Thanks. My visit was about 1:30/2 pm, Feb 20…...Thank you so much…It’s people like you all that can turn a situation good. Im really grateful for her kindness…

Picked up my grandkids from school for the first time and they wanted an after school treat so to McDonalds we headed. This location has an in-house play area which was very clean. The food was fresh and hot by the way their ice cream machine worked. The kids ate and enjoyed this place so you must try.
