Very friendly! I requested double meat after it was toasted, so they had to add it and retoast it again. Then somehow they forgot to add the avocado, which they happily helped me with, she said sorry, and even gave me double the avocado at no charge!
The staff is very nice and was okay with me putting the ingredients I requested.
Been visiting them for over ten years, several ownership changes, but always clean and decent.

Meatball sub hits the spot, nice staff. Fast service usually, this time they didn't have any meatballs for the sub hot I guess they put them up so...minus 1 star for the unessesary waiting.
