Suko's Burger House - Houston - Photo album

Saw this place and decided to give it a go. I suppose I was hoping it was going to bring me some good old fashioned burger taste and it did! Very competitive prices. Burger combo was approximately $10 bucks and honestly it's all about the local. Cook was a very sweet lady and they were getting ready
I ordered the “Old Fashion” burger combo with cheese, man when I tell you it’s Good! Oh my goodness off first bite I knew I’d be coming back asap! If I’m looking for a burger, or other items on their menu I’m definitely coming back here! It’s a can’t miss spot, the cooks, Owner were so polite, help
First visit 7/6/23. Saw a video review and had to try it. I had the old fashion burger with bacon. The burger was very thick & seasoned. We also ordered a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was tender and melted in your mouth. We went as soon as they opened so the wait was minimal. Cook/cashier was ple
I love sukos as a mom and pop. The burgers are so good. I jus tried the shrimp fried rice for the first time and deff wouldn’t get again to pay $13 for bland rice and 6 baby shrimps. The seafood platter with shrimp is also okay, wouldn’t probably get again for the price and size of the shrimps. The
First time trying Sukos Burger, and the food was great and did not disappoint. We tried a old fashioned burger with fries, wings and rice (didn't get a picture of it) and the fried fish poboy. Food had so much flavor and for a good price, will definitely be returning!
Sukos were good, if you need a burger fix, the egg rolls were delicious, fried rice was mid, Onion rings were good, fish burger was good as well, I would go back if I'm in that area.
So tasty! very low key establishment and very clean. Quintessentially old school Houston vibes. the burgers r made with love and the bacon is always cooked at that ideal texture level; not too chewy and not too crispy, also the bread is phenomenal, plush and buttery. Love love going to Suko's after
Went on a recommendation for the burger. It was everything I was expecting and then some. The old fashion burger was cooked to perfection, seasoned a little less than my liking but good nonetheless. The veggies were fresh cut and the bun was tasty as well. If I had to give a con it would be the amoun
Yum! I enjoyed a very tasty, good sized burger, about as big around as a Whataburger but taller thanks to the thicker meat patties and bun.
This place nestled next to the beauty salon is truly a hidden gem. There is no light on the sign so it's easy to miss at night. I got a burger here because I was on this side of town and I'm glad I did! Great value of a burger, had a good sear on it and it was plenty juicy and a bargain of a price.
All around good spot, went to this place based on some social media videos and the burger was exactly as described. It was so juicy and flavorful. Also added bacon and an egg to the old fashioned burger. The egg was cooked perfectly where the yolk was runny but not messy.
First off ,keep in mind that Sukos is under new ownership, so the old flavor is gone. Staff are cool and just like the old Sukosn the new one could use a decorator. The food is more like 4 stars. I decided to change the way I wanted to eat my fish burger so that's on me. I see myself going back.
Suko's is a neighborhood treasure that's been around for many years. Their menu consists of burgers, seafood, wings and many other items. Everything I have tasted has been delicious. My go to favorite is the fish and shrimp platter. Don't let the appearance fool you, this is a hidden gem.
First time trying this place! And it was delicious. Order the Philly cheese steak poboy with tator tots and my bf order catfish and shrimp with Fries. It was the perfect bite. Not salty nor alot of oil too. The owners were very nice! And the cheesecake was good too. Definitely coming back again.
Friendly staff, good prices, big burgers
