Myself and my daughter's stopped by a Jack in the Box,(Post Oak at Court Rd), near my home, went inside and was quickly disappointed. Jumped back into my car and traveled to the next closet location. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed. Very clean, and approached by a very friendly young woman,(Ms.Evelin). Bright and bubbly. Really nice attitude, while remaining professional. She made me feel better about leaving the 1st restaurant, and traveling to pursue another Jack in the Box. Not near my residence, but we will be back!

I dined in, the wait for my food was long...it was a Saturday morning. SO I UNDERSTOOD!!! The food was Hot and exactly what I ordered. I witnessed the manager speak back at a customer badly. It was definitely a better way to handle the situation. Customers are always RIGHT regardless. Speak gently and that will defuse all misunderstandings.
