I went to this location just after 9PM one night and didn't realize they did pick-up or delivery only at that time (new to the area) but they were very gracious and made me a pizza anyway and I am appreciative of that since I was so hungry and hadn't eaten all day that day in particular. I have ordered delivery from them twice now and they are quick and efficient and the pizza is still hot and delicious when delivered. Thanks so much to this location for the quick and caring service and good quality food (since most pizza huts I have gone to throughout the USA lately have been dipping on quality). Definitely try them out, not sure why there aren't more better reviews.

I ordered online and was advised that my pizza would be ready at 7:30 p.m. I arrived at exactly 7:30 p.m. the man who helped me was courteous and professional. I tipped him what I would normally tip someone based on the price paid and he seemed surprised. I felt bad because it made me think that people must not tip well or at all in my neighborhood. But, I was glad to see his face when he saw my tip and he said thank you. :-)

Easy online order, carryout was faster than delivery, besides I was driving by anyway. Good service, hot fresh pizza. Could have used a bit more toppings on my Detroit style Supreme, but loved it!!!

I ordered a medium pan pizza crust with cheesy flavoring. My pizza was hot and tasted good, but the crust was very tough and hard to eat. That really took away from my pleasure on this order. This was was toughest pizza I have ever received from Pizza Hut.

Cold pizza forgot my drink and told them my pizza was cold they said it can't be by the time my drink got here the pizza was even colder

Took FOREVER to get the pizza, called 4 times and all they did was tell me the manager would get in touch but they didn't. Very frustrating. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. The website didn’t tell us there was a problem with out credit card, the store didn’t either. We called after an hour and they didn’t even apologize. A website that accepts your order and declines your card?? What year is this?
So we pay for the meal. After another hour, I call. They say it’s headed our way. 45 minutes later, I call and ask for a manager. With a big ol’ attitude, she says “let me call my driver”. I wait on the line for 15 minutes and never hear from her!!!
So the driver gets here and asks for the money. Even though I paid over the phone. So it’s another 10 minutes of pizza getting cold while he works it out with his store.
THEN THEY LEFT OUT PART OF THE ORDER!!! I don’t know who to contact because the store is now not taking calls - just a message saying nobody is there.
This is crazy. Utterly crazy.
