Review Salata - Houston

This location is on the top part of the shopping center so just take the stairs or the elevator located in front of the stairs. The place was clean not busy at all and personnel was nice. The reason I did not give them five stars is because their protein options are so limited. I mean yes they have seafood, chicken and falafel for the vegans options but what I’m referring to is the seasoning. They are all seasoned with this herb seasoning that is sweet! I do not like sugar or sweet seafood. I ordered the seafood mix and it taste sweet to me and that’s like an extra $4-5. If I’m posting more than 10$ I expect a pretty tasty and healthy salad. I do know they offer a different seasoning for chicken but I do not eat chicken. Also you can park in the garage just behind the center and drive up to the back entrance of Salata in case you do not want to walk or want an in and out experience.

During our Sunday afternoon visit, we were surprised to find the restaurant rather empty around lunchtime, providing a serene, unhurried meal. When it comes to portion sizes, Salata's regular size can be considered large, while their small size is closer to a standard salad portion. This generous offering ensures you leave satisfied and nourished. While Salata presents a healthy dining option, the cost can be a tad steep, particularly when adding protein or meat to your salad. However, the quality and variety of ingredients justify the expense. The only drawback we encountered was the location's somewhat hidden nature, sharing a parking lot with Costco, which made finding a spot on the weekend a challenge. Navigating around the main building and ascending a flight of stairs was necessary to locate the restaurant. In conclusion, Salata offers a fresh, customizable, and delightful salad experience that caters to diverse tastes and preferences. Though slightly pricey and tucked away, this haven for salad enthusiasts is well worth the effort. Step into Salata for a delectable, healthy meal that leaves you feeling revitalized and ready to seize the day.

This is the least busiest location...no wait time, which is really good. Parking is an issue. Unfortunately, Alma provided us with poor customer service today. She was rude. We won't be back to this location. Food was delicious.

I would give 5 star for the food and Johan. Somebody picked up my order by mistake, but Johan re-prepared for me even if it wasn’t their fault. I really appreciate it!

One of, if not THE favorite of mine to eat a salad. Great, open, modern environment with natural sunlight the staff of always friendly and the salads are consistently fresh and delicious! 😋😋😋

My go to lunch spot when I need to eat some healthy food. They have just about anything you would want to add to a salad. Their small salads always are very, tasty, fulfilling, and fresh.

My coworkers and I recently started a journey on eating healthier. Tried Salata greenway plaza about a month ago & now we’re hooked! We’ve ordered on the app for delivery about 8 times now. Delicious and very convenient. On Sunday one of the salads we ordered was missing avocado. My co-worker was a little disappointed since she lovesssss her avocado but no biggie. We still sent them a message about it on the app so they can know about it. David the manager took care of us and personally called my phone and left a voicemail. Thank you David! Nice to know Salata management goes the extra mile to know their customers are happy. We actually placed an order again today. Thanks!

My son has become a huge fan of the place. Every day after I pick him up from school, he wants to eat here. Great selection of salad ingredients, dressings and meat. It’s nice to have a fast food chain who sells food on more healthier side.

This is by far the best Salata in the Houston area!!! (Been to most of them) Healthy wraps and salads with fresh and extensive selection of toppings! I eat here almost every day even though there is closer Salatas because the staff is extremely welcome and attentive, and I never had a problem or a bad attitude at this location. Tammy, the manager, is a sweetheart, all the staff is nice and most are bilingual. I lost 30+ lbs eating here every day for lunch and I get a free salad almost every week with the rewards! I also come watch soccer games at this location with my friends, they will change the channel if you ask. Highly recommend

An excellent place for a light meal. The staff was very courteous and gave suggestions for pairings. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Portions were generous if you wanted them to be. Really decent selection of teas if that's your thing, buy they also had the usual suspects for soda. I'll go there again.

My favorite salad place to come for delicious salads. at least two to three days per week There are many kinds of vegetables to choose from fresh daily. My favorite salad dressing is Fresh Herb.

I purchased a salad April 23, 2016. April 24th I take out my salad expecting to have a somewhat decent lunch, and the salad has turned brown. I have to throw away this overpriced rabbit food because obviously, it was not fresh when I purchased yesterday evening.

Not happy that this Salata we have been going to every week wont sell a SMALL SALAD. All the other Salatas now have the large and small salads for the big and small people? Or if you just want soup and salad and no bread with a wrap? I didn't want a wrap but they would not make a small salad for me....would only put what can fit in a wrap. So we left and went to one of the smarter Salatas. We love the choices and variety but not being able to choose between a big or small salad was crazy. Lost our business forever.
