The chicken was good. The dumplings were a little dry n they didn't have yum yum sauce. ... They had a good system going though n got people through very quickly.
First time here and love this place. We ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and added extra sauce, it’s very good size and tastes great.
They sell really tasty food in a take-out pack for an average of 10usd, so it's up to you to take with you or sit in a designated area meant for the restaurant. If there is no queue expect fast service. They have both English and Spanish speaking staff and they collect card/cash as payment options.

Delicious and good portion. I like the dumplings but they are a bit pricey for the amount and size. The hot sauce mixed in adds a little kick to it.
Love this place! Every time we go to the mall we always get some chicken teriyaki with fried rice and extra sauce. Food is always delicious. We did notice that the price keeps increasing so it is a bit pricey now. The good thing is they have a special buy 4 plates get one free.
My family absolutely loves Sarku Japan!!! It is our favorite restaurant to eat at every time we go to Willowbrook mall. The food is always great and the prices are decent. We love the orange chicken and the bourbon chicken the most, the lo mein is great and both types of shrimp fried rice are awesom

Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice and Mixed Veggies is good meal. Great portion size and priced at a good value. Very tasty. Ask for extra Teriyaki Sauce, makes it taste even better.
