I have been to this Whataburger on SW Freeway feeder road and Fondren. I didn't have issues with the food and service. I know it's labor shortage and inflation. I wouldn't mind coming back once things are cheaper.
Went here with a coupon today. Had some confusion on how to use it. Joseph was my cashier and was very helpful and patient. Listened to me and articulated in a way I was able to understand. Talked to one of the other employees at the restaurant to get his name and got the feeling he is well respect
My orders are typically curbside but takeout or dining room is fine too. Staff is attentive. Orders always correct. Food is good and comes out in a timely manner.
It being Lent & trying 2 be a good Catholic, I ordered a medium What a Catch combo : Fish sandwich, fries & a drink. The Fish ( I don't know what type of fish they use ) & the fries came out surprisingly hot. The fish was so hot that I had 2 let it cool off. So I started on the fries in the meantime

Customer service was SO superb I HAD to leave a review! Food was also good and fresh. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the apple pie was kind of dry but all of the main things were on point.

Good Whataburger location. They took the order perfectly. I had to pull aside for them to bring the food out, everybody had to wait, but it was fast and done right!
I always appreciate the staff and how helpful they are it's a warm friendly environment every time I visit this particular Whataburger almost like "home". They are pleasantly nice the good is always fresh and the seniors are always put 1st especially early in the morning
