I really wish that I can give zero Stars I made my order 25 minutes prior of me picking it up I have my child with me and the driver outside insisted on going inside and getting my order for me I let her do so she was so nice the manager is so rude he came outside gave me my money back and was so hostile and told me he couldn't find my order so I'm trying to explain to him I already made my order I had to stop everything I was doing once again get out of my vehicle bring my child with me speak to him inside of this Papa John's and he was rude he could care less he was very smart and considerate and then on top of that when I called after I left sitting in the parking lot he tells me that he's the manager I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he's the manager he should not be the manager here he literally ruined the whole experience the only reason why I let him remake my order it's because he told me that it would take 10 minutes and it was for my children when I get my food there's a piece of hair in my food I didn't even eat my food yet I've been trying to call back up there and someone answers the phone and puts it back on hold worst experience never again and I will be calling corporate!

The quality from this location is consistently good and the delivery is generally very speedy. I've only done carry out from this location one time- I received a phone call once immediately after ordering online asking if I could switch to carry out due to a driver shortage that night. The store is small but clean, and the staff was very clearly working their tails off to get everyone's order filled ASAP.

In decline. This location has gone from great pizza and quick service to consistently incorrect and even lost orders. Even when confirmed at the location in-person, our last order was wrong as have our last several orders been. So disappointed, and particularly disappointed that nobody replied to me when I submitted my issue online to Papa John’s.

Horrible service! I just ordered an Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza and after waiting over an hour, my pizza arrived with absolutely no Pepperoni. The manager then argued with me about how he was busy so I couldn't get a new pizza tonight. They messed up my order so I deserve a new pizza or a refund. I don't plan on ordering from Papa John's ever again

The Papa Johns store hung up on us twice after acknowledging they had sent me the incorrect order. They simply said ‘we are really busy and must have made a mistake’ and hung up the phone as soon as I started explaining the situation to them.

I usually don't do this. This will be my first real 1 star review. I received a notification at 9:18pm saying my pizza was on the way. I called at 9:55pm just to see if my pizza has been in someone's car for 45 minutes. They assured me no, and it was an issue with the computer. I'm sure what they did was clock out the order, and let it sit there, to make the numbers look good. I received my order, the pizza was all smashed. Everything was cold. Why Papa John's?

Ordered a pizza for carry out and received the wrong one. Their solution was for me to drive the wrong pizza back, wait 15 mins to bake the correct one, and offered no concession for their mistake.

Ordered from this location online. Quoted 47-57 minute delivery and still awaiting my pizza at 90 minutes since order. Called the store to inquire, was told they were short on drivers and then store employee hung up on me. Never again.
