Chipotle Mexican Grill

The one consultant thing about this place is you won’t leave hungry. I’m always a fan of pick your own ingredients, so I like the style of this chain. I usually get the burrito. The fajita chicken is good with the corn salsa and cheese added. They wrap the burrito tight so you can eat as part burrito then make it a burrito bowl towards the end if you start to get too full. The chips and salsa are good as well. They have lots of options including a salad bowl, smaller tacos and the burrito as mentioned. Food is always fresh and service is good. This particular location is inside the Memorial City Mall food court. $14.78 for 1 to dine.

Most of the time service is perfect, but also most of the time I don't make a mistake on my order that results in having to start over. This one one encounter makes me wants to avoid this entire Chipotle just avoid this person, because social anxiety. This older woman asked what I wanted, I said burrito. Now to be fair, I am known to mumble(plus the mask), so it's entirely possible for her not to have heard me. So she asks me again, what would you like. I again say burrito. And she asks what I want with that. I say pinto beans, white rice, steak. She says something back which I know in my head is her comfirming what I want and I say yes. I am tired. I have been waking at 3am and sleeping late because in doing inventory for a couple days. I'm not at my best So I don't know anything is wrong with my order untill she already placed the black beans on my burrito and is now moving onto the steak. I stop her and I even apologize. I don't think I put any anger or attitude into it, if I did I'm sorry. But to me, the way she reacted to ruined any typed "Just make it through the day" attitude I've been trying to keep. Not a word of what she said was rude, you could tell from her tone and actions that's she was mad. It made me uncomfortable talking to her and I couldn't even look her in the face. Never wanted to leave so badly, my anxiety was rising. The lady behind me even mentioned her anger, was even able to lift her spirits a bit, which I'm happy for. I don't like to think I'm the source of someone misfortune. Just saying it could have been handled better.

I went into the mall for specifically for Chipotle! Parking was a pain but then again it is Xmas at the mall. Salvador, Vera and Sebastian were exceptionally well spirited and great to deal with! Fast courteous service with good grub! What's not to like?! The food is always good here...they make it in front of you so its kinda hard to get wrong... Just speak up if something doesn't seem correct and they'll take care of you! Thanks y'all! Keep up the good work! See you again soon!

In all honesty, this is my favorite chipotle. Perfect portions with perfect service. I was surprised to see other people put bad reviews but once I read them, it's obvious they don't know what they're talking about like how you can easily ask for a refill and how you're supposed to get the forks and such yourselves, it just ashames me that other people don't know how to enjoy such amazing food. Overall the service is great, the food, just as amazing.

After a long day of shopping a stopped by Chipotle for a take out order. I could tell they were ready to close and I was expecting some attitude, but they politely took my order and packaged it to go. I was super grateful they didn't pull the "oh we are closing" card because seriously...I was right on the line. Trust me, good customer service in times of hunger is not forgotten!
