Brother's Restaurant - Houston - Photo album

Had the most delicious lunch here today. Mala crispy beef Red oil dumplings Mapo tofu. All very, very good. Best Sichuan food I’ve had yet and will most definitely be back
Delicious food! The tea smoked duck was full of flavor and very tender! The garlic sauce eggplant with ground pork was a very savory dish that complemented the duck perfectly. The steamed white rice was well cooked and served to hold the great sauce from the eggplant dish. Mille crepe vanilla goat c
Dine-in here is way better than takeout! Their Dan Dan noodles, eggplant, crispy spicy chicken, and boiled fish were great. I got their Dan Dan noodles and spicy chicken for takeout before, and the quantity is less and food not as good for takeout.
First time customer and it was a good experience from entering the place to exiting. The service was fast and smooth. The place was neat and spacious. They handle big group between 5-7 when we went there, and there’s also for small group or single customer. The interior was cool, the catchy part wa
Everything was so good, flavour was amazing. We went there for lunch, it wasn't busy and the dishes come out very quickly.
Great restaurant for a family style dinner. Got to try a little bit of everything but my favorite was the Cumin Lamb and Crispy Chicken. The Vanilla & Caramel crepe cake was amazing.
I had a superb meal here, and every dish was excellent. Some highlights: the fish was delicious, the pork feet are amazing, the deep fried intestines sounds horrible but is crisp and melts in your mouth. The true fried (i think) chicken was Really excellent too. If you go, try to be a bit adventu
Mala Sichuan Bistro is a fantastic spot for Sichuan cuisine. The bold flavors and authentic dishes were a true delight. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was cozy. Mala Sichuan Bistro is a must-visit for any food enthusiast looking for a taste of genuine Sichuan cuisine.
One of my favorite restaurants. Their food is delicious. I’ve done delivery and dine in. Their red oil dumplings are a must. Their cumin lamb is good and spicy. The crabmeat and asparagus soup was delicious too. I’ll continue to support them.
Definitely amazing food. Like many other people, I recommend the cumin beef… the flavors are amazing!!!! One thing tho… each main course dish sits at around 18 bucks and comes with as much rice as you want (you can ask for refills). I suggest treating the rice as the “main course” with the dish ad
One of my favorite restaurants. I recently took a coworker to this location and he loved it! I personally recommend the dry pot beef! They do a great job of actually giving you lots of meat in their portions as opposed to other restaurants. I feel like I always have a great experience and the food i
Good authentic Sichuan place. Lion Head is not as flavorful as the northern version of the dish. But pork intestines and baby pepper beef highly recommended!
Ok this white 50 yr old man just had first taste of Sichuan. It was excellent. Started with cucumbers in oil and chili flakes it was delicious and refreshing. Next we had the house dumplings these pork dumplings were soft and had a delicious sauce. We ordered the salty and spicy chicken. This spice
I came to this place years ago when they only had one location. I still enjoy coming here as well as the location in Katy Asia Town. My go to orders are: mapo tofu, spicy crispy chicken, cumin lamb, water boil fish, rice crispy shrimp, and bak choy with garlic (so my Mom won't yell at me for not ea
Efficient and positive service attitude is always satisfying! Don't be fooled by the dated and unassuming appearance, this place always delivers a pleasant dining experience.
Very nice little restaurant, that is a little hidden out of the way. We have been there twice, about a year apart as we do not live in Houston. The service is excellent as is the food. These inside are older photos.
Every positive review of this place is well justified. Easily the best sichuan cuisine I’ve had anywhere outside of China. The balance in flavors is wonderful - nothing is overly salted, and the Mala is perfectly balanced. The portions are very generous, and the waitstaff is very courteous and outgo
I wish they offered more noodle dishes, but the dishes we tried were excellent! Their crispy spicy chicken is one of their more popular dishes, and it’s delicious! Their chili oil dumplings taste fresh/homemade which make them a great choice for an appetizer!
