Review Burger King - Houston

I had a spicy king sandwich and my husband had a whopper. The meat was juicy and my daughter nuggets were crispy. The food was amazing and fresh. The kids meal had a play dough toy and some fun stickers. They also gave us a Capri sun

It was alright, as a Whole experience it's a bit better than your average Burger King.

I really enjoyed my food at this location. It was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the employees were polite.

Been coming to this location since we went for a field trip when I was 5. I'm 39 now! I asked for a frozen lemonade & they said they don't have those. They have coke & cherry. I told them I'll take one with coke & cherry mixed. At the window, they gave me one coke, one cherry. I told them that I wanted coke & cherry mixed together. The girl said ok & I thought she understood when she took them back. When she opened the window once again, I had the same two drinks in a drink holder. I've attached a picture of the sign that continues to sit by the ordering mic that shows that they have lemonade available. There seems to be some language barriers sometimes at this location but other than that, the food is ok & the service is normal BK service : pretty mediocre across the board at any location. It's to be expected.

The 2 young ladies who took and handled my order were super nice and polite.

I like this Burger King location on the East Freeway at Kress Street. I dine here about once a week. The store associates are friendly. I really like the deals that are offered on the Burger King app and the Royal Perks Rewards Program. The food is good and served promptly. I prefer the flame broiled hamburgers offered at Burger King as opposed to hamburgers that are cooked on a stainless steel grill As of December 1, 2023, the ice cream machine has been broken for at least a month. They either need to get the machine repaired or replace it with a new one.

Service was great friendly staff just hated shake machine was down

I've been going to this location for years. It's usually always clean. I haven't had a bad experience. Today I accidentally found what I thought was a hair in my burger. I told the manager. She told me it wasn't a hair, but a piece of something (I forgot what) so she gave me a new burger without question. She was so sweet. The employees are nice here from my experience

I went into the restaurant and ordered for to go. They were very busy, but they worked good and quickly as a team and they cleared the line fast and accurate. While there wasn't anyone making a order the cashier went and cleaned and sanitized the drink machine are and her counter.

I work the midnight shift in the Denver Harbor area. Every time I've visited this Burger King my food is fresh and delicious, which is not easy to find at 2am. Hats off to their entire midnight team.

Very professional and friendly. Went above and beyond to ensure order was correct and even had food waiting for me when I left it in a hurry. If 10 stars were available I would rate them a 10. Food was fresh and hot and delicious one of the best Burger King locations I have been to!

King Burger... I miss the old school Flame Broiled Burgers. I remember you use to could Smell Burger King from a distance and you knew you were about to get 2 Whoppers. 😆

Wtf kinda Burger King dose not have buns for whoppers ..Issue number two they have no ketchup, no salt , no pepper when I ask politely.. So I go off said wtf do you have ! Don't come here they suck !!!

Yesterday me and my daughters went to get ice cream my daughter used to work there she is 16 one of the employees Kleiny Gamboa Who is 18 had some issues with my daughter she was the one who took our order charged us and started asking who was going to fight her she called us all kinds of bitches and hoes i asked to see the manager jovana was on duty she tried to calm the girl down had the cook paul to try to take her to the back when the girl ran out the back door of the store ran up to my vehicle in drive thru hit my daughter & my daughter who is pregnant tried to separate them when kleiny pushed her down and tried to hit her the maneger jovana and the cook paul came out and try to get the girl Kleiny i called HPD which they were awesome in their response time kleiny had called her dad which pulled up be side us talking about why we attacked his daughter when she came running out the door and started swinging at my other daughter the dad had my daughter in a choke hold against his truck door why his daughter was still trying to hit her when the police got there they tried to say we were at fault but thank you martin for the video the police were able to see who the aggressors are now since the employee was at fault we were banned from this location with threats of arrest if we sat foot on premises believe me no great loss had three daughters who worked there would not recommend that you let your children work there they take advantage and mistreat them so disappointed. MUCHAS GRACIAS MARTHA YOU AND MARY STICK TOGETHER YOU KNOW WHO STEALS THE MONEY HOPE WHEN THE TRUTH COMES OUT THAT THEY DONT GET YOU FOR ACCOMPLICE PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO START TALKING WITH THE PAYING UNDER THE TABLE STUFF RIGHT MARY
