Lovely place to have a light meal! We thought the good was pretty good. LOVED the boba tea. Would certainly recommend! The name on the building is "Viet's Cafe" not Yummie. Threw me off at first so heads up!

Sandwich was out in less than three minutes!!!! Bread was the perfect balance of crispy and soft! Owners were so kind and hospitable. Better quality than the shop right by my house so I will be ordering from here even though it's further.
This place has such good food I don’t even know how to describe it. So authentic, the owners are so sweet. Ordered bahn mi, egg rolls, pho and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious! Great local place to try!
I was bit disappointed on my Vietnamese coffee it wasn’t packing a punch but was really bitter but still had extra boba 🧋 so I still finished it…can’t say no to boba. My boyfriend drink was sweeter than mine <(｀^´)>🧋
The boba teas are great. Sandwiches come with free chips and the staff is happy that you are there.
Great food and customer service, but I went to wash my hands after I finished eating and the restroom was very dirty including a very foul odor. I’m still giving this place 5 stars because everything else was great, but given the times that we are currently in (Covid 19 pandemic) I think it’s VERY
Love them as a small business. Bought my wife a drink (she's picky about stuff) and she liked what she got very much.
The place is clean and there's books and little games like uno and cards to play with friends or children. Owners were friendly. Love it. Support this small business
Great food and great smoothies! My husband and I ordered the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and Bulgogi (B1) Sandwich. Employees are always so nice and food does not take that long to make.
First time here, the staff is super friendly and provided me with great customer service. They even mentioned the Happy hour special that I had no idea about. They also have a rewards program! 😃 I took my order to go and I loved it, even my picky eater ate it and enjoyed it. Definitely going back.

The sandwiches are delicious. And they have an amazing drink selection from frozen coffees to a great assortment of smoothies (try the Ava ado smoothie!) and of course boba. Great for a meal or just a refreshing snack!
