It was a Wednesday and I think they need more staff because they made us wait for 2 orders like 1 hour and something. Despite the time! The waitress were nice and the food was delicious!

You wouldn't think finding a wing place in this town would be that difficult but it took a few tries. I have tried several places in the cities that I have lived in but I always seem to end up back at Buffalo Wild Wings because of the service. I am really easy to take care of and don't fuss about much just give me a good food and decent service and I am happy. I have been to this location 10 times and I always sit in the bar area and they take great care of me. A couple of the waitresses even recognize me and say hello even if they are not taking care of me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I just made an order via call in and I’m currently waiting on my food. I’m only leaving a review just because Brenton (the person who took my order on the phone) was very patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. It’s been about 2 years since I’ve ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings because the customer service was horrible when I tried making a phone order (royal oaks location) they either never would pick up the phone, leave a customer on hold for a long time or rushed you to make an order. Love the food here great menu selection not just wings. They surprisingly have some bomb burgers. Clean, friendly environment and one of the few places I know that allow smoking on the patio and not to expensive

We enjoyed the good service and chicken. The large order of onion rings had crisp breading that stayed intact when bitten...5 stars. The fries were good but not as good as the rings. The fried cheese curds were 4 stars...tasty but they should squeak when you chew them....trust me. The crispy garlic tenders were very good. The sauced chicken wings buffalo style and spicy garlic style were enjoyed. A crispy chicken sammy was snarfed. A side salad was to our liking. A passion fruit mojito hit the spot, a glass of cabernet and a deep ellum beer finished the meals...I had 4 other people helping me eat all of this. The only thing that wasn't 5 stars was the dry rub wings.

Great place to watch a game with enough TVs to watch games. Good atmosphere for any football fan regardless of team loyalty. Nachos and wings are a good combination to eat.

This was by far the worst visit to a bww I've experienced, waited over an hour for food and our server checked on us once. 2 tables arrived after us and had food quickly one actually getting their order before ours mind you they got there 45 minutes after us. It was also very dirty very unimpressed.

People were already done eating and just stayed to watch all three UFC fights that were going on. Management needs to do something about customers who are just making a huge line of waiting. I was there for an hour and a half just to be number 10th on the list to dine in.

Waited 5 minutes at front to be seated, since only me they asked I sit at bar area at a high top. 10 minutes and nobody ever came by to say hello or we do not want your money. I left and went elsewhere (Chuy's) and it was great!! I like BWW but this is my last visit to that one!!
