Waited for more than an hour and my order was never delivered. When I called they said the driver was on the way and it would arrive in 15 minutes. Called back and they were closed. If they weren’t going to do it they should’ve just said that. This is the reason why I always end up getting pizza from DOMINOS or PIZZA PATRON because this is not the first time this happens. Bad service!!!

Ordered pizza, wings, and a drink. I did not receive my drink. I called twice they said they would send it and I still have not received it. Zero stars for poor customer service. Give me a refund or bring me my drink.

My pizza was ice cold when I received it. It took over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and the store is 1.6 miles from my house. Faster delivery and hot pizza would be awesome. $25 dollar for what I received was very disappointing

Pre-ordered pizza & Cinnabon at 6pm for 7pm delivery didn't arrive until 7:50. Driver was nice & explained about other driver delay but pizza was super cold. I paid 28 dollars for a cold meat lovers. Pizza hut you owe me a meat lovers!

If I could give zero I would. I was charged 3x for same order and still have yet to be refunded. I have made contact by email and phone and still have yet to have this handled. Sad it has been over a week. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The Pizza Hut company should be ashamed and honestly can't believe they are still even operating this location or any location at this point. Will never use Pizza hut at any location ever again. This has gone beyond failure of a location this is a failure of the company itself.

As I was playing outside with my daughter I watched the driver drive past my house three times before delivering my pizza. I also had to call the store to who informed that she had left It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive and it was lukewarm and the box was extremely soggy.

Thanks for the response Pizza Hut but it is not the first time I call or email about this place and it just keeps getting worse. You have competition across from you Domino's and I have ordered from them and it was great. Fast and great customer service. We personally like Pizza Hut over any Pizza place but this location might as well be getting food from a gas station at least I'll be in and out.

Pizza was over an hour late. So late I had to call and check to see if they had somehow cancelled my order. I received no call nor text that my order would be late. Had made different plans for dinner. Once pizza came, it went into the refrigerator cause there was no need for it at that time

This is the 3rd time to have a horrible expiereince with this pizza hut . my pizza was cold , they forgot my wings & sauce with my bread sticks . and then they send me the wrong drink with my food . i will not be ordering from here again

I submitted my order at 6:40 and haven't received it . I called the store and lady named Kimberly answered, i asked for status on my pizza and she said it will be delivered 11pm !!! Like im going to wait till 11 to eat ��

I know prior to this I've had way to many issues with this location to the point where I start contacting headquarters. I swore I'd NEVER EVER order from them again..
But my baby begging for pizza and prefer this over dominos..
All I know is it told me my pizza will show up in two hours on a Tuesday evening if y'all gonna be that late you need to throw in some FREE cinnamon sticks, a cookie or the brownie for the inconvenience and not those nasty dry bread sticks ( which I can't understand why y'all offer that like it's a treat if folks want bread sticks then eat the crust because technically that's what you paying for when you already have it)
For y'all sake I hope it's HOT right and looks like the one on tv or I'll be calling for a refund...

I am thoroughly and highly upset with today’s order!
This is my first time ordering with Pizza Hut . My order was placed online at 5:09pm . My order was supposed to be at my door at 6:45pm it is now 8:12pm THE only reason why I ordered online for delivery because I am not able to leave my home today!
I would like to be refunded and or receive a free pizza in replace of today’s experience. I have NEVER delt with this type of customer service ever in my life like I did Today with the location on Cullen located in Houston, Texas.
I am African American but this is why most people don’t want to deal with other blacks because of there lack of concern in the business place. The manager was no help! Did not apologize for the inconvenience we were placed on hold for 10 min then placed back on hold for another 2 min. We were told by a young man “I’m sorry ma’am we have been really busy today” I don’t find that acceptable at all! When you put in your application you knew what all came with the job responsibilities. My online order should not be 3 hours late

We literally stay down the street from the store and was told around 7:24 that our order was out for delivery and we have yet to receive it I can almost guarantee that I will receive my pizza cold.� then I will have a new complaint to add. This is why I only order from dominoes now !
