There’s a new store manager. She’s a white lady with a sleeve of colorful tattoos! She is doing a phenomenal job, very energetic, sweet to the customers. Makes everyone feel welcomed, it’s exactly what the store needed to bring it back to life. She also keeps the homeless people away from her store and out the store! She’s doing a great job. I come here all the time because she makes me feel welcomed, like I’m at home! Chicken is always fresh, food is great.

I usually don't go to KFC. I'm not a big chicken fan, and sometimes, their prices are too high, and their chicken is too dry. But my husband is a picky eater who gets tired of the same thing. We were close to this KFC, and so I suggested he try their Pot Pies. When we went through the drive-thru, Ashley, the manager, said they had just sold their last three to the lady in front of us and said it would be a 30-minute wait. We were disappointed, and we declined to wait. Her voice was still warm, and she told us she was so going to put some down in case we changed our minds. She was so pleasant, we decided to give it another try two days later. This time, the wait was only 2 minutes, and she shared the chicken specials and suggested something each of us would like. She was so kind from start to finish each time that I had to tell her how much we enjoyed her customer service. I asked her name and wanted to see the manager. I was shocked to learn she was the manager because she was so humble, kind, and efficient. She actually seemed to care about us, as the customer. The best part is that love for her customers showed in the quality of the food. Everything was fresh to the bone, hot, and had a good flavor. Shout-out to Ashley. We'll be back!

Everybody knows KFC has the absolute best chicken hands down! I hated the original recipe when I was a kid! I guess kids don’t know how to savor the flavor cause once I grew up!!!!! Nobody can touch The Colonel. I go @ least once a week! I went more than that b4 the pandemic, it was 1 right by the job so I’d go for lunch a lot more often!

Got a chicken bucket in the drive-thru for our Christmas Eve meal. Staffers were courteous and friendly. Mac and cheese, cole slaw and biscuits were really good. Unfortunately, the Extra Crispy chicken seemed a bit overcooked, with a lot of breading that made it hard. First time to this location; a bit disappointed because I've had better chicken at other KFC locations.

Food is always consistent. I still prefer the potato wedges but the fries are ok. Mobile orders have to walk inside now and I feel that should just be a choice for the customer. Overall, it's KFC so not a lot to be upset about.

Affordable Transit

I definitely love it here! I believe the Manager name was D'Angelo he was great very satisfied with the service, quality and accuracy of my order. The total guest experience is definitely not one to miss. Thanks D'ANGELO FOR SEEING THAT MY ORDER WAS FULFILLED @ KFC ON 1960 & ELLA Delicious 😋🤤🥰🍗🐔

Y'all need to check out their chicken nuggets!!!! Chick-fil-A has nothing on them!!! The best in fast food restaurants!!! Hands down!!%%%100 real chicken!! I'm in love with the nuggets!!!
