Love love LOVE all things JACK IN THE BOX!!! Certainly not all locations are my favorite. But. The Ella Blvd and 18th street location ROCKS! ROCKS!! ROCKS!!! I drive to THIS LOCATION from Katy (yes, the Park Row store is walking distance from me AND I pass the Silber-Katy Fwy store, too. BOTH stores have customer service that. S U C K S !!!) So, I drive. Out of my way.. Use gas and time to receive the LEGENDARY SERVICE AND SMILES from these employees...

One of the best customer service locations I've ever visited. With 9 franchise & corporate locations needing either a new roof & or a repair. The easiest way to fix those nine producing jack in the boxes. Is to give the entire franchise & a locations a bunch of roofing bids. Have the company contracted with 25 percentage upfront of the total jobs at hand. To start the fixing. Then when jobs are complete & or moving forward ⏩ pay the contractor weekly from profits, & or monthly from profits from each location. And entirely while business is open. And with a week full of sunlight & no rain 🌧️☔ in the forecast. The future is very bright 🌞. As long as the companies invest into those who make their businesses operate. Especially fixing the walk-in refrigeration temperature 🌡️. Which has to be monitored per the health department 🏬. And food safety 🦺 so no customer gets food poisoning.

Got stuck behind two cars, evidently together, that ordered alot of food and didn't have enough money. They messed up the flow. Finally got to the window to get my items (3am run). The woman at the window was nice and had me set to go, quickly.
