I love this place for many reasons. It’s always very clean , during this pandemic hand plastic gloves are available and masks are required. Side treats are packed in little containers for easy access. The service it’s great, the girls working in the front are very nice.

Love the ever changing flavors and toppings available, my kidos love this place better than marble slab near by. Great staff super friendly and the place is always clean. Came here after a Christmas party with my co workers had an ever better time than we did at the party.
I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt so I was very excited to hear that they were opening up a Menchie's close to where I live. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Always a great place to go for some after dinner dessert that will not break the bank.

Pretty good place. Employee was really nice. Even offered to get us a cold water because the ones in the front was room temperature. She's the one who offer we didn't say anything, which was amazing on her part
Customer service isn't stable. There are amazing staff and there are a few bad ones that really don't care about anything at all. The fruit aren't fresh, but I like that they have reese's sauce for topping.
