Lucky Star Asian Buffet - Houston - Photo album

Today was my first visit to Lucky Star Buffet and I definitely plan to come back. There was a good variety of my all time favorites at a very affordable price. I came during lunch and the server was very attentive, but in a respectful way. The soup was my favorite, with large wontons and lots of tof
New management. Some of the food was cold. Lady kept yelling in Chinese across the dining area.
Thank you Lucky Star for saving me on Christmas. I had an upset hungry family that hadn't eaten all day. We drove for a long time trying to find a place that was open. We had a bad experience at Golden Coral so we left and saw Lucky Star so pulled in. The food was good as well as the friendly and he
it is convenient to my house and i go for a quick bite. the waitresses are usually very prompt and efficient. the food is decent and the restaurant is clean. the main hostess is really great with customers. there are lots of regulars and they are remembered by the hostess and other waitresses.
It was my first time. Food was good. But it wasn't a lot to choose from. The sushi bar was nice. There's a ice cream cooler with several choices .very clean. Beautiful setting. Plenty of setting. I would go there again.
After the mixed reviews, I was concerned, but still curious. Thought a lunch would be a good test, as often a buffet will not lead with its best food at lunchtime. My friend and I were both very pleased with the selection and quality of the food. It was hot and fresh, and a good selection. Several
It's a good buffet for Chinese food. It's not too heavy but it has healthy and "picky kid" friendly options. They have fresh fruit and Icecream all included. They even have sushi. Not super expensive for everything you can get. The people are also very sweet.
Food is served on buffet to portion crowd. It served its purpose! Service is excellent, food is tasty and I will be back with Fam Bam for sure! Price is steep; with that said, bring your appetite! Repeat, if you're not in the mood for buffet, check out the meals they serve w/o buffet. Come hungry
Decent buffet, been to a LOT worse. I agree with some others that you should go at meal times to get fresher food. Has decent food, seafood, etc. Don't expect to be pampered but servers will refill drink and are usually on the ball.
The food is the closest I have tasted to authentic Chinese food. Many selections that finally are not Mexican dishes. Very cheap prices for an all you can eat buffet. Extremely satisfying definitely will return. 很開心,非常美味啦! p. S. So people know, how you act is how you will be treated.... bri
I pulled up at noon on a Tuesday and parking lot was pretty full. The food is hot and tasty. I used to love this place many years ago but quit coming because the food had changed. Im so happy it good again.
Great ribs and crab meat. Been their often, can't get enough. Every kind of chicken you can emagin. It's funny to watch the waitresses. They don't speak to much English. They do take good care of you.
Good food the only thing that I didn't like was that I was still eating and without asking for the bill the waitress came and gave it to me. I felt like they were rushing me. Otherwise everything was good.
Prices are high, if you get seafood with the buffet price goes up. Food is good when its fresh, gotta get there at a good time. Staff varies, sometime good others not. Very good jalepeno shrimp and salmon.
