This Jack in the Box is everything a customer is looking for when dining out. It's always clean unlike the 1 on Tidwell & Mesa Dr. The staff here is all young also but their never on their phones when your placing a order. Their customer service is exceptional. They may forget a order of fries or hash brown which is why I didn't give 5 stars but is so caring when missing items. They apologize & correct their mistakes immediately. It's always a joy greeted with smiles when going in this friendly atmosphere.

They did a bit of remodeling to thw building. It looks more appealing from the road.
They made some changes amd additions to the menu since ive been there also. The service wasn't bad either. The guy didn't get am attitude as I was waiting on the rest of the huge order over the phone amd even had suggestions in place of what they didn't have. MY burger was actually put togather neatly and not messy and falling all over the place. Not bad thank for your service young people at Jack in the Box.

Usually I avoid this Jack in the box like the plague but last night I had a craving for something sweet big candy or anything a gas station can provide. For a change they moved quickly and the staff was so so friendly. There was a lady there, I didn’t get her name but she was the absolute sweetest thing. I had asked for a kiddie cup with whipped cream for my temperamental dog in the back seat and she gave it to us and told my dog to be a good boy for mommy and daddy. I loved this. This was in March 16th, 2023 between 9:00 and 10:00 pm! She deserves a raise and a promotion if she wasn’t the manager already. Thank you ma’am for being so sweet 🥹.

Stopped Friday night 12-30-22 at midnight at the Tidwell & Beltway 8 location. Service was excellent!! These employees are running a well oiled machine. There were 6 cars ahead of us, so we braced ourselves for a long wait and potential frustration. But it was the opposite the order taker, a young man was professional and polite. The young man at the window was courteous and fast processing the payment and providing the food and drinks. Our food was correct and hot. Total time there from ordering to receiving food was under 10 minutes. The two young men I dealt with & the person(s) in the kitchen take pride in their work. These are the type of employees all the Jacks should strive to have. Thank you for a great experience after an extremely tough day. Keep up the great work, it is much appreciated!

Guy at the drive thru was awesome, I was on my bike lost some stuff out of my pocket on my motorcycle ride employee was patient and handled the situation perfectly. He didn't get upset frustrated had other customers coming around thru drive thru, he managed everything quickly Without slipping a beat. He would be the one deserves a raise!

No manager on duty on 7/18. The drive through wasn't that busy but they seemed to have problems with orders. They forgot to give us a drink and we went inside to get it. The food was good. They just seemed a bit frazzled.

It is basically impossible to get a correct order from this location at night. Last night, once again, both burgers were made incorrectly and one of them was strictly an off the menu exactly as it comes Sourdough Jack Burger. Ended up with no tomatoes even though I didn't ask for no tomatoes! A Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger came with no bacon, no mayo, no ketchup, even though it was stated on the receipt those items should have been there. The coke with no ice, came with ice. The french fries were lukewarm and not fresh when handed to me, but by the time I left the drice thru, pulled around after checking and discovering incorrectly made items, went back in and waited for the correct items, became cold and nasty.
This type of thing happens almost everytime I go thru the drive thru at night. The last time, it took 4 tries for the cook to get one burger made correctly. The cooks should know what goes on each item, even if a picture menu has to be there for them to identify what goes on things.
The franchise owner needs to get it together before corporate decides to help you get it together.

Worst service ever, triple butter burger was a joke , really 1 slice of bacon... had them remake it.
