It's not a bad place, in fact it's very constantly good. This jack n da box, is the quickest on my lunch break. I eat there 4 times a week. The employees are friendly and welcoming.
I loved Jack in the Box when I lived in California. Now I'm back to where lots of Jacks are after a long time, I feel like the food is not as good as I remembered including my favorite, the sourdough jack. Anyway, the service at this location was decent so we'll be back.
Went there last night April 13th. Black dude with the tattoos was very kind. I had a large order and he was very patient. Offered my sauces and got my order perfect. I appreciate it so much because my wife if pregnant. Thanks dude!
This place has improved. I get my lunch/dinner everyday I work. I pre-order and they have my meal ready and freshly made by the time I got there to enjoy my break. Thank you for the amazing customer service
It's sad and unsanitary to not provide napkins with a drive thru order, nor ask if a customer would like condiments.
Update from visiting 3/18/22. Great fish sandwich. No tartar sauce but still offers a gear value for the double fish sandwich. Far better than McDonalds and Arby's. Huge pieces of fish and complemented with lettuce and tomatoes. I substitute hot sauce for the tartar sauce. Cuts down on calories. No

I just love their new tiny tacos not the loaded ones those are too messy but the plain ones with the guacamole lime dipping sauce they are so crunchy and delicious and the price is really right too for the amount that you get
I always enjoy the staff at this very busy Jack in the box. It is one of the few places around my area that I haven't had missing items. Their attention to detail is great and the food is always hot and yummy. Doordash orders also always come complete and yummy.
Customer service is great here! The staff is so polite and welcoming not to mention patient! My toddler threw a whole tantrum while dining in and they did not mind at all. Really appreciate them for that. Tacos were so tasty and warm!
