Miguel was very nice, worked hard and fast all while it being super busy at 9:30 at night and with a line of extremely rude people! He was running around and making sure he kept all the rude customers happy!! (Even though they didn’t deserve it) very nice he definitely deserves a raise!!!!!! He also gave us the deal that was online (it wasn’t working online even though it wasn’t expired) and it wasn’t in the system at the store only online but he still gave it to us. My ticket # was 93.

I've never been disappointed with Pizza Hut. I appreciate them taking my order 30 minutes before they closed and not making me feel bad about it. My pizza was delicious & experience was top notch. Thanks Pizza Hut!!!

Although they were already closed and preparing to go home, they still made me feel so welcomed when I walked in hoping to get something to eat (since every other place is closed or closing and they weren't as considerate.) The manager and the sweet lady still took my order, made the pizza and cookie and she even walked with me out holding my order since I was carrying my little baby. The conversation was lovely, the politeness and all. I will definitely return! This place is wonderful. Thank you for such great service!

This place has pretty bad service. The orders take forever and the manager seems very incapable of running a restaurant. I watched as not only me but 2 other customers experience long waits and customer service issues.... then to top it off, the quality of the food is pretty crappy.... I guess you get what you pay for

I would not recommend this location. The lack of customer service that I experienced when dealing with Jennifer in resolving a mistake with my order was disappointing and I will never order from this location again.

This place sucks. They made our order wrong and after two hours of being on hold with customer service we still don't have the right order. They took our money though! Don't order from this location ever!!

I placed an order at 8:20 pm tonight and was emailed and text updated that my order would arrive at 9:35pm it’s now 10:25 and still no pizza I call and the first person who answered “transferred” me. I called back after 10 mins of being on hold, I finally get an answer from an “Alicia” who was extremely rude and blatantly lied about calling me to let me know that for some reason even though they’re 5 mins away they could not deliver and would not compensate me for the amount of wait time as well as lied and said they had been cancelled the order when I was looking at the tracking while on the phone. My Halloween ruined and no one got to eat! The chick then has the nerve to hang up on me not once but twice because I asked why they hadn’t called! Unacceptable! I can understand when they’re busy but if they need to work on their customer service. They could’ve let me know to pick it up a long time ago!

The turnaround for delivery sucks. I called to see about my order and was put on hold for 4 minutes no one came back on so I had to call back to get an answer to my question. I was told that a 2 hour turnaround was unusual and they figured it was the weather. Well the sun is shinning and has been, also I called last week and was given a 2 hr. Turnaround. They need to replace this manager and crew

I placed an order at 8:00pm it's 10:55and still have not received my delivery, I called their number and the first time was told I'd be receiving a call from the stores manager, after that didn't happen I called back and was being transferred to their manager, which also did not happen I was instead hung up on. I finally called a third time and am still on hold waiting for a manager, it's been 28 minutes that I've been on hold.
I find it odd that they can't get a simple order, yet they were able to take my money.
