The food was good. Everyone at the table enjoyed theirs. The server was great, however the service overall was extremely slow with the drinks and food and all. It wasn't that busy so not sure what the problem was unless they were low on staff.
I have been twice and both times had slow service but the other time it was extremely crowded. This time not so much.
Will still go again.

Buffalo Wild Wings is our go-to place because of their BOGO offer on traditional wings (Tuesday) and boneless wings (Thursday). After trying almost all the sauces, we reached a final decision that we love their garlic parmesan sauce the most. Their cocktails are very delicious. Because of the reasonable price and fine hospitability, we visit there almost every week.

The food and lemonade here are delicious...the wings are addicting, it's my favorite place to have dinner! Although usually the orders for pickup and dinner there take time, but the people who work there really do their best, if everything were faster I would be the happiest.

Sad to say this but I loved going to this place because of the variety of beer and the good wings.

Been going there for long time but last 3 weeks the beer machimes (draft) still not fix we go to enjoy a nice cold beer! But they keep saying is not fix 🙄 have to go to another place now

My wings were horrible. I asked the server to ring in my order correct making sure my wings were well done with extra sauce. He brought out the wings and they were half done so I ask him if he could have the kitchen to remake the order because my wings wasn't cooked properly. He stated the he could but they would re-drop the wings that I already had with the sauce on them and he actually brought that garbage back to my table. When I told him I didn't want the food he then gets the attention of a manager and the manager was upset rolled his eyes and walked away never apologizing for the half done chicken. He was a older guy with glasses very rude and I will never come back to this place again. At least the server was nice. This place sucks....

Been sitting for over 15 minutes for service. Only the hostess brought me a drink since no staff were to be seen. There was a waitress sweeping the floor look my way, several times and then came over and took the order of the people that were seated 7 minutes after me. Manager walked through shirt untucked, dirty lookong, and slobby looking. Told hostess I was leaving and she wanted to get the manager for me but after seeing the way he is dressed and presents himself he does not care about this restaurant or its customers.

Horrible service from the instant we walked in the door; we had to wait to be even greeted even though there were multiple employees at the podium; our server would ignore us for over 20 minutes at a time; she interrupted us during our orders multiple times....next time we’ll go to Pluckers or another sports bar where they know how to at least smile

Arrived at 2pm (after the lunch rush). It took 10 minutes to have a waiter take my order. Over 30 MORE minutes until my order was delivered. 4 times I asked to speak to the manager; I left without ever seeing them. Food was ok (as expected); but I had to remind the waitress I'd also ordered fries. They came a few minutes later. There were less than 20 people in the place! I'd reconsider if you only have an hour to eat.

I wouldnt even give them a 1, but there is no ZERO star. Sat in the bar area for 15 min, where 3 people were working. One was a manager. Drinking their beverages, counting inventory, and laughing and joking with one another was more important than serving customers. So we left and said something to the hostess, she didnt seem to care much either!! Aren't you people there to make money and tips?! Seriously surprised you have a job!

The wait was horrible but it was half price wing Tuesdays. I would just say maybe have more staff on Tuesday for that reason. But my order was right and my food was good. And the staff was friendly.

My sever was Tanika she was the best she came to wait on us and we were not in her section but she still took us with no attitude and she was fast for a pregnant woman. But there was a girl that walked past us 4 times and seen up waiting and never greeted us to bad for her she would have got a good tip.
