For it to be in Downtown and very busy I have actually enjoyed their food the last 2 weeks.

I visited this McDonalds today and I must say that the gentleman that took my order has great customer services skills!!! He was very cheerful and friendly. I give him a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Thank You Chase.
Great place for a McDonalds. Food places in MD Anderson close early in the afternoon. This is a fast 5 minute walk from MDA for a good burger.

Service is consistently fast here. Employees just do their job. I haven't encountered a rude employee over the many times I've been there. Food is most of the time good (fries sometimes just ok). Dining area is kept nice and clean. There's a lady who clears the dining area tables. She is always so friendly! I've seen her ask people if they need ketchup, ask if people need anything, etc. even though she doesn't have to. Today, she asked a couple that was dining in whether they wanted dessert (the woman was in a wheelchair), and she went and got the sundae and processed the payment for them so the couple wouldn't have to go through the trouble of wheeling up to order :)
