Poblano's Mexican Grill - Houston - Photo album

I always eat the Del Rio plate for lunch. You may want to get there by 11:30 it does get pretty packed lunch time but the service is good the green salsa it's not as spicy as it used to be so I think that is a good thing for most people. They make scratch corn tortillas, the fajitas are good, they h
Been eating their breakfast burritos for the last 5 years regularly. Amazing how, the taste and quality has stayed the same. They use real eggs (or egg whites), refried beans, potatoes and onions. Their red and green sauces are unbelievable. Only down side, is the wait time. But, they do it as I lik
Catered a medium sized event and I was just struck by how friendly and helpful Juan Manuel was throughout the whole experience. The food was very tasty, everyone enjoyed it, and we certainly had a huge amount left over. After comparing a few other places, Poblano's has a exceptional price point and
One of the better mexican restaurants in the area. Only reason its not a 5 star is the wait. They should expand as every day they are packed solid. The burrito is amazing, and so is the tortas. I have seen the soup and ceviche, but have yet to try it. I always go here when I have meetings upstai
Decent sit down mexican restaurant with reasonable prices. Located in the Tunnel. Its not going to be the best mexican food you've ever had but you wont be disappointed with what you get or with how much it costs. If you are getting togo, head strait to the register, if you would like to stay for
The red salsa is amazing. Excellent service and staff. Food is great, high quality meats and fresh ingredients. Barbacoa is very good. Tortillas are made fresh.
Great food. Had the chicken and vegetable soup and the caldo de res. Fantastic choices and will not disappoint. Call ahead if you can during lunch though-gets crowded.
A favorite place for delicious mexican food. There was fast and courteous service. The place has a great atmosphere. I can see why they have so many reviews.
Went in for brunch. The service was quick, courteous, and attentive. They really should do something about the restroom situation and make whatever arrangements they need to make with whoever is in charge of the tunnels.
Solid Mexican food. Love the salsa, the Caldo and the mole dishes. Can be pricey for an office worker eating lunch but an excellent choice for convention-goers.
Food is decent at the right price. Atmosphere is comfy would have given them 5 stars but their staff needs a little work on turning their customers out during lunch.
