I think this place is awesome!! I ordered my husband a cookie cake on his birthday and they had it ready within about 3 hours. I'm sure it was because they wasn't busy but I'm still impressed and thankful they were able to do it the same day on such a short notice!!

I went to the store by Dillards in the Willowbrook mall.
The manager took my order and he was phenomenal. I was having a terrible week but he was very friendly and engaging. He even offered me a free cookie as he noticed me waiting for my phone repair. This guy is a great person to be a front facing employee. And the cookie was amazing as always.

I was trying to place an order for my boss birthday i normally go to the store and place my order, well this time i wanted to do it online and i did. However before placing my order i call like 3 to 4 times lol wasn't sure what i want how much will be for how many people etc, everytime i call Joseph Ruben answer the phone and he surprise he was so friendly and i could hear a sweet smile on his voice and every time i ask a questions he answer me and also said no worries. I place my order and put the wrong time for pick up and he was somlind to change it for me and was the Pan cookie cake not just a small cookie that can be change easely, the manager help me as well they give me an idea for decoration and work with me on the time i was very satisfy and i will defenilly order more and recomend this store to every one that i know.
