This Hispanic lady manager seems as if she has an attitude. Shes nice though. I just think she got stuff going on in her personal life. However, from a customer service standpoint, a consistently welcoming persona is key.
They water down the tea to save money probably. I'll be calling corporate about that... that's half the reason I go.. not the workers' fault but the owner's.
