We were very pleased with our order, as it was hot and delivered before the estimated time. Pizza toppings were enormous as well as the salad. We have almost the same amount of food today as we had last night. I do have to mention the delivery fee. I know everyone is charging it, but makes me wonder if I really needed to tip the driver.
Regardless, we we very satisfied and will order again.

Big Ben's has been around for more than 9 yrs here in the area. The store is clean and small. The guy inside was nice. It has a bench table and a regular one seats bout 9 ppl. The food is about a 3* the restaurant is the reason it went a 4*. I ordered Wings and Pizza. The pizza was decent but it tastes like it was store-bought. The wings were okay nothing to brag on and they were a little small. This was my first time there and I made it known to the gentleman that took my order. I was not impressed. I will try them at a later date everyone deserves a second chance. As of right now I would say give them a try at least support our neighborhood vendors.

I've ordered from here for years now. Always good, and always tasty. Though I ordered a Calzone for the first time tonight. I lifted it to take a bite and everything inside just fell out. Seems as if it wasn't sealed, only folded over. Tastes good though.

I usually pickup but today I wanted delivery. Your online ordering said if delivery wasn't available to call. I ordered at 530 and I called as soon as I placed the order to change to delivery. Whoever was working said fine. I called at 650 and he said it was for pickup, sorry, I'll deliver now. Then called back and asked for the address. Finally received at 720. At lease it was still hot and food was good, just an hour later than expected.
You need to get fixed whatever is causing your delivery option to not work for 77084. I literally live across the street from you.
Something isn't working right, you need to fix it.

Oh my goodness I have been ordering their pizzas and the best fried shrimp. (Yes, you read that right, melt in your mouth fried shrimp from a pizza palace!) First they only had tartar sauce, they started carrying cocktail sauce, which is my preference and now they don't. However, they are such yummy goodness they don't require a dip per se. The pizzas are very consistent and I love their pizza with pretty much all the fixings. I will stop here as my right index finger is weakening. LOL

I had a family reunion from Louisiana on Tuesday. and while they were visiting I wanted to let them know about the best pizza in town. almost didn't believe me but convinced them to try it.
We called in to place an order for pick up, I didn't know what to choose so we asked to the person on the phone. ¿what would he recommend for a our guest? ¡¡(I DIDN'T KNOW THE TYPE OF SPECIALS YOU GUYS HAVE. AND I'M GOING TO TRY THEM ALL)!! he told us about a family special. 2 pizzas wings and a drink. ¿For $48.99? Hell let me try that one... End of story is our guests loved the pizzas and wings delicious.. they even called back to let Bryan know about Howe satisfying their food is... So far bigbenz has not left me down. I haven't try all of your items but I want to and I will.. Bryan already knows us and he's always trying to stay ahead of our expectations.. he's good at it I went to get a pizza today and asked him for anything new on the menu, he said ¿If there isn't something new on the menu? then we'll make something new. I'll post a photo of he's pizza, I guess invented by him. He charge me a little extra. I guess extra topings, or extra work. I don't know but I don't complain because the price was worth back on flavor.. we loved it Bryan, that's Howe you make costumers happy.. aparently not everyone is happy. But you keep up the good work, soon it will have it's payoff...

Yummy stone-baked pizzas - we tried pepperoni, cheese, and bbq chicken - and lemon pepper wings are our faves here too! Philly cheesesteak was loaded 😁 The kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries as well!

Excellent brick oven made pizzas. Ordered the Family Special (includes 2 - XL 2 topping pizza + 20pcs wings + 2L Soda). Perfectly cooked and sooo tasty. Kickin' Bourbon wings too is so yummy. Online order was easy and order ready on the requested pickup time. Well worth it and will definitely order at Big Ben's Pizzeria again. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Good pizza but quality last few times has suffered. Toppings are scarce and has a tendency to slide off the dough. Plus a few times the dough was underdone. I'm a bit disappointed.
