Suuuuuuuuper excited a location is opening up in Houston!!! We were obsessed with Shell Shack in Plano and recently moved back to Houston so this just made my year!!!

Went here 2 weeks ago with my husband and our 2 year old. Loved the food, the boil was perfect and my sons order was plenty for him. I got the fried shrimp and the breading was perfect. Tartar sauce is on point! Our waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu and very attentive. We will definitely be back thank you!
Pretty nice atmosphere, pretty decent food and the prices weren’t horrible. I can definitely see myself returning here with a few friends, family or even a date. I ordered the crab meat grilled cheese and my mother ordered the grilled shrimp. We didn’t leave hungry or disappointed. I personally wanted more meat within my dish but other than that everything was tasty. I don’t remember the name of the bartender who served me but he had locs and was very charming. I would recommend this place to a friend.
Great atmosphere. Diverse audience. Food seasoned well. Only that Cajun is not mud - Cajun is in the spice. Maria, the waitress was nice. The staff has a mellow vibe. Drinks aren't as stiff but taste good. It was an experience.
This place is great. The kitchen sink flavor is AMAZING!! I’m probably going to get that flavor over cajun next time. The crawfish were a tad small right now, so I’m excited to go back in the coming months. We ordered the fried pickles & calamari for apps and they did not disappoint.
The place has a super cool vibe. Small parking lot. Delicious food, beer, HUGE Oysters!!! Our server was a disaster... I asked for a beer and my beer glass was chipped (cut my lip), he dropped our calamari. We DID tip tho! I have a friend that lives across the street and goes that often... Maybe the server was having a bad day or he was new. Who knows!?

We requested the same server, Antonio and he was just as amazing as the first time. Though the prices here aren’t the best, they’re for sure not the worst. Me and my boyfriend barely spend over $50. They have a nice lunch menu that goes until about 4pm that has great deals. I will also recommend the Sangria!!! I decided to get the same shrimp as last time because it was so good!!!
Quick seating for a Sat. nite....had a wide range of seafood...alligator tails quite interesting smh...Grandson like fried shrimp n burger 2go. Oyster fried was decent too.
This was our first time and will NOT be our last. It was SO good, the crab tots are so amazing, the Nashville chicken sandwich was good and the crawfish was THE best. T was our server and she did an amazing job of recommending and making us feel welcome. The manager walked around a few times asking everyone how they were enjoying and it was just a great experience. Thank you for great food and service! I will also add it was extremely clean and they're quick to clear those tables, which I can appreciate being in industry myself. See yall soon!
Every one of these stars is for the food! The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food, however, was so good. The portions were decent too.
I've been coming to Shell Shack since before the pandemic! My dad and I love to eat here together on special occasions, and I enjoy celebrating events here.
Tonight was my 21st birthday and the wonderful, amazing staff made it special for me. They brought me a yummy birthday cheesecake and made sure my food was fresh, juicy, and hot!
The prices are a little on the steep side, but I honestly can't complain when the service and food is as good as it is. The flavoring on all the food was great, the freshness of my crab and shrimp was wonderful, and the catfish was a good finisher for the night!
I honestly love coming here. I wish I could do it more often!
