The atmosphere of the restaurant is great for a date night. We went there awhile back when it first started out. It's quiet with some nice music in the background. From the looks of the outside and inside they invested a lot into making the restaurant an upscaley westheimer restaurant. Outside is a patio and when we went there were a bunch of young guys sitting around smoking hookah or something. It was inviting and it seemed like they were just having their own party. The food wasn't amazing. It lacked in the more pungent spices. To me as a chinese person I felt almost that their vegetable curry was close to a chinese dish my mother makes. The sag paneer was left me with the I've had better feeling. And the samosas were cold in the center which really bumped the rating down. If you want to be an upscale restaurant show us as the customers by making the food 3-5 star worthy. If you want to serve us cold samosas then let me just go to a grocery store and bake samosas that come in a frozen packaged. The prices were high for the food we were served. I may go back if i find that more and more people are having great experiences.
