Ordered here last night and while I was in the lobby, our car got hit. The manager went and got the details and pictures if their plates and their photos from the camera before coming ams letting us know. Great customer service! Many people would have not even said anything. Thank you manager guy!!

AM staff is great the manager is iffy. I've seen her offer a refund and complimentary food for error on a Latino order but the other party of ethnic she gave an apology and a remake of order.

Food was GREAT but the damned milk shake/ice cream machine is STILL not working??been in 4 times in 2 months and it's NEVER working....otherwise everything is awesome! and very friendly... AND? BIG TRUCK PARKING!!!!

this location does not know how to cook fries they were hard as a rock and I also got sick from the bacon avocado burger . When I called to let the manager know they said they couldn’t do anything about it I spend 50 dollars for nothing . Do not go to this location they are rude and they do not care about customer service .

Took my children there after leaving Splash Town and was extremely disappointed!!! Our order was messed up not 1 time,but 5 times!!! This by far was the worst WHATABURGER ever!!! I will never, ever go there again!!! It was piss poor customer service inside the dining area!!! Not only was our order messed up, but others as well!!!! Whoever owns this place needs to go there on a Saturday afternoon and see how pathetic his place is being ran!!!

This location does not deserve to have the Whataburger name. The customer service, speed of service, quality of food served, and overall upkeep of the location are all extremely poor. The reviews on Google for this location show that it has hit rock bottom. Shame that this location gets to call itself a Whataburger.
