I just want to say every time I've gotten food here it is absolutely delicious. And if I ever had a mishap they always corrected it. There are two gentlemen that work the evening night shift and they have excellent customer service. Even with all of the obstacles that the store faces, these guys stay positive happy and good at their jobs.
Today was my 1st time coming to this particular location in a while and I have to say this,the young black man working the drive through was on his GAME lol! Got everything right on our order,didn't make me feel rushed at the speaker,even asked if I wanted anything else. All the sauces we asked for were inside the bag and he didn't skimp! Made my sourdough jack just the way I like it(oozing with sauces lol)😩😅. He seemed young BUT his mannerism was very nice and made me feel good. So for this,I will put a 5 star!
We ordered at the drive thru and Vasco was so kind and helpful I wish you could have more like him

Sourdough burger was good. Fries are awesome as they don't need katsup. Service was really slow.
My husband and I were driving by on our way back to Houston. We stopped by this location on sat 3/19/22 approx around 11pm. There were two young men and a lady on staff they were all pleasant and the food was dynamic! Everything cooked to perfection, fresh and tasty! I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant, but really appreciate you guys for the awesome work! My husband says major thumbs up!! Thanks guys! 😊
Great customer service I work for Uber the order to not go through they still made it for me with a smile on their face and even offered me to drink while I waited amazing customer service recommend this Jack in the box even if you got to drive a little further
The food was very hot the customer service was excellent I recommend you visit in this location when you're in town.
