The atmosphere was the best part about it. Felt like a nightclub in there. Had the most amazing tacos and thoughtful conversations with trusted friends. Boy do I love Kingwood Taco Bell! I’m never coming back!

This Taco Bell in Kingwood always has the friendliest and most courteous staff working here. The food is always good too. Brandon and Max were awesome!

Today I witnessed the gentleman in front of me in the drive-thru line throw a fit like a toddler. He began to yell at the cashier and then throw his drink out as she closed the window…… yet ….. when I drove up… you would have never known what happened. Despite the incident, the sweet young lady working drive-thru had a smile on her face and was beyond polite when apologizing for the wait time. I can’t imagine having to endure the nightmare she experienced with that awful customer but to see her push through and try to bring a smile to my face….My goodness, that is the type of customer service we are lacking in this society. However, this honestly comes as no surprise because this is how we are always greeted by the day shift employees. Hands down, this location is TOP NOTCH and our absolute favorite. Wonderful staff, clean environment, and friendly faces that will absolutely brighten your day. Thank you to all the staff working today!! Y’all are absolutely amazing.

Best taco bell I have ever been to. The employee at the window was awesome. Took my order after greeting me on the speaker. My food was right, hot and delicious, except the taco fell apart from the meat being to wet for the corn tortilla to hold together, but that's every Taco Bell. After paying, she said have a fantabulous day! Made me smile! Wish I could have seen her name tag!

We stopped by and ordered our take out. Another family came in and ordered and then received their food. The manager then asked about if we had an order. They checked and couldn't find it. After looking at out receipt they had it made and added some other items and told us there was no charge and gave us a refund and food. They apologized several times. All this was just an error in the system and we didn't throw a fit and the manager went above and beyond what most would do. We have lived in Kingwood for over 35 years and when this store opened our now adult kids would beg to eat here.
Still love this location now with our grandkids.

Speedy and convenient! I like how they always confirm the number of items I ordered as they hand me the bag; it's like a built in correctness check. It must work because my order has always been right!

Sometimes it's the little things that can make your day or week better. Yesterday, it happened to be the kindness and a nice note from the employees at this Taco Bell. I work in the ICU and there's a good bit of darkness thanks to this pandemic. But the kindness of the employees brought some more light in my life. The food was delicious and my order was correct. I couldn't ask for more. :)
