Thang Cao - Houston - Photo album

A cozy Vietnamese Restuarant in a apartments complex Da Lat. Owners are Super Friendly and my Favorite Bun Riu , Bon Bo Hue were Great! They have big selection and it's like home cooking like Momma doe it!! When we visit my In Laws we're Definitely going again! πŸ›πŸœβ€
I haven't had a banh mi this good in a while, definitely my new favorite. And a great price I'm going back for lunch everytime I work.
Our go to mom and pop shop when we're in my husband's old neighborhood. Cao Thang is a staple Vietnamese restaurant for anyone in the Park Place or Broadway area. I love their banh canh cua (Vietnamese crab udon), but we ordered bun mang vit (duck and bamboo noodle soup) and bun bo hue (spicy Hue no
Nice hidden gem tucked into park place. The inside looks nothing like the outside, so don't be alarmed. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant is. I had the #2 which is beef pho and a pork Bahn mi. The broth was rich and sweet. The service size is good for $9. The beef was some of th
True meaning of hole in the wall spot. Good food feels like I'm eating a home cooked meal.
I’m amazed people know how to navigate the web to write reviews but never heard of Google Translate when having trouble communicating with non English speaking natives.
Authentic Vietnamese spot tucked in part of an apartment building. Picked up some take out for the first time and everything was on point. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back and try different items on the menu. Cash only
Great nice and safe place to pickup food to picnic in the front of the Houston Botanical Gardens. Cash only, but they have great sandwiches and fried rice.
I had a number 59 and the special pork sandwich... both were delicious, and the restaurant is very clean.
yum yum long time, not in mood for pho, got #33. very good, quaint nice place. #33 is awesome, lots of river shrimp, marinated overnight. only white guy idm n there, just a smile get you long way in life
Though the place looks kind of sketchy on the outside, it’s really cute and clean on the inside. This was my first time trying pho and I loved it! It was delicious. Definitely worth trying!
It's been awhile since I was in that area, however this restaurant has been here for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was. The soup tasted good too with nice service. It has a few steps to go up to get to the entrance but it shouldn't be too hard with someone with mobility i
Nice mom and pops place, good food, good portions... Will be coming back...
Great food, great variety. Authentic vietnamese food.
Their pho is good! Little hole in the wall, I passed it up because it's an apartment building. Didn't think there was a restaurant here. They only take cash which I did not have any, they were nice enough to trust me to go withdraw money.
CASH ONLY. The pho was good. Will definitely return back to try other dishes.
THE best Choice for Good Vietnamese food. I highly recommend the #20 7, although everything I've had has been delicious. Update: still great after all these years. About 8 years later and the quality is exactly as it was. Remember this is an off beat hole in the wall, but the best you can find.
If you want to be the only person speaking English, this is an adventure! Unfortunately, I couldn't communicate to the server that I wanted spicy, so it arrived bland. Used the table spicy sauce to make it more flavorful.
