Maharajah Restaurant - Houston - Photo album

I was craving good Indian food during my visit to Houston and came across this restaurant. After checking Google reviews, I went there and got some food back to hotel. As I was not feeling well, I didn't try any non veg dishes. I got samosa, dal fry, mix veg and butter naan. I would say that all the
Maharaja restaurant has some of the best Bengali katla/rohu fish curries available in Houston. We have been here many times to try out the curries with rice. Their fried chicken pakora appetizer is also very tasty and crispy. They have a buffet menu in the afternoon lunch hours which is also prett

I went for buffet which was 12.99. Food was awesome. In loved the Tanduri chicken with naan. Samosa was also very good. Finally the desert, gulab jamun with rice pudding were delicious.
Moharaja Restaurant in Houston provided a true taste of Bangladesh, making me feel right at home. The lunch buffet was up to the mark with all the menus. The authentic flavors and friendly atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience.
We have been eating at Maharaza since 1980’s in another location at Bissonet. Obviously it was under different ownership. Since the current owner took over I don’t know exactly for how long. This is a Bangladeshi restaurant. They cook Indian and Pakistani dishes too. Now they also have a Chinese buf
