Horrible customer service. I drove up to the drive thru land and waited for about 3-4 minutes. No one helped. I thought it was maybe broken so I decided to go inside instead. When I went inside, the lady that was working there was just sitting down and talking on the phone. I waited to see if she would help but after standing there for 5 minutes, I realized she wasn’t going to do anything to take my order or even tell me that she would only take a second on the phone. She just sat there talking on the phone. No wonder there were no cars on the parking lot.

The only time this place is running smoothly is when Sophia is here! Everyone else is extremely incompetent and you can’t communicate with them due to the lack in English. Online orders aren’t even started until 20 to 30 min after unless she is here to organize things.

Service could have been much better.. told the employee light vinaigrette and they doused my sandwich until it was leaking out of the wrapping... guess I paid for a breadstick with vinegar

Drive thru doesn’t work yet there’s no sign to let anyone know. One of the entry/exit does doesn’t work or was locked but, again, no signage. Staff are not very personable. But it was clean and I got my sandwich so meh

Can I give 0 stars??? I like Subway, but this is the worst by far. Half the subs on menu, "we're out of that". They randomly close before scheduled. Tonight they lock the doors over an hour before close, open sign on, all food still sitting out. After getting food somewhere else I stop by 30 mins later. Still noone around. Never again will I waste my time

My wife went yesterday over there as she was getting her order o man entered look like he was on drugs or something request the employee to make him a sandwich and she politely said he had to wait until she done with the customer in front of him, he ignore what the woman said and insist to make him a sandwich moving his hand in his pocket the woman who was alone in the counter was afraid he had a gun.I don't know how smart is the owner to leave a woman alone working and dealing with these type of customers

This place is never open on time. If my employees were this incompetent, I'd just shut down my business. These folks deserve to earn less than what they are making...a lot less.
