The restaurant is beautifully designed and clean. The food was really good also. I've only been to James Coney Island a few other times and didnt really know what I wanted to get. The menu is printed up on the wall and a little difficult to see. I looked over the menu for a while but the employee kept rushing me about what my order was. There wasnt even anyone else there at the time. It would have been nice to have been able to go over the menu up close and decide what I wanted witbout being rushed to just pick something. Not a very good experience.

Edit. I returned today and the chili cheese coney is still great. Service was slow, slow.

What amazing service I received today!!!! Today was very crazy and it was busy as heck because they had coneys at .97. What amazes me is how busy they were and how they maintained very great attitudes and the service was fast and great. Thank you JCI for the great service great attitudes and for remaining calm and performing ver professional through this very crazy day. Whether its busy or not you guys have always gone above and beyond and you all are very professional. I highly recommend this location the coneys are ALWAYS ON POINT and very delicious!!!!

This location is clean and staff is friendly. The food is good in comparison to the other locations. The restaurant is pretty empty but that's ok. No complaints.

Love it here ! They Always get my order right. I always get the cheesy coneys and some fries. The pic looks sloppy but hey it's a hot dog loaded so wouldn't have it any other way ! The Frozen Strawberry lemonade is great - Just add u a lil shot and it be well worth it 😉

Went through the drive through, the young lady who took my order had a pleasant attitude and so sweet. As I waited for my order at the window, I noticed the gentleman making the original coneys had an artistic way of doing so. I complimented both of them. The customer service here along with the delicious food was so good.

I FINALLY got a REAL James Coney Island hotdog!!! Steamed buns, Chili, Cheese and ohhhh those finally chopped onions!! Go to this location, it's the Real Deal no franchise mess here... you will NOT be disappointed!!! 😋👍
