Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is great. The food is always fresh and fast. I complained in the app because they were missing part of my order. After looking at my receipt I realized i didn’t even order the missing item. My fault it was missing. I was offered a free drink my next visit. Just wanted to leave a 5 star review because customer service is legit.

This is my favorite location in Houston. I’ve had a couple of inconvenient moments but again: i’m a foodie & I come back for the good food. I guess I’ll give you my order if you wanna try it: a bowl with shredded lettuce on the bottom, very light white rice & black beans, chicken & steak double. on the cold side, I get everything except medium with a side of chips. enjoy! 💕

The food was great, however, the amount is something else. I ordered a side of guacamole & chips. I had plenty of chips & A SMALL CUP OF Guacamole! Also, you would think that the burrito and a side would come with a drink, silly 😀 me!!! So in the end, I had a great burrito, plenty of chips, and a small cup of guacamole for $17.00 and not drink to wash it all down with it; if not for that I would have given it a 5* :-)

We don’t have Chipotle where I live. My son turned me into one in Abilene, so whenever I visit somewhere that has one I take advantage of it. Purchased a bowl here w/1/2 chicken, 1/2 pork + accoutrements. Delicious 🤤 and personnel working were quite pleasant and provided excellent service (3:00 shift Friday, 3/24). Yum.

We regularly eat at this Chipotle, so I wanted to give it a few tries before giving a real review. Typically, we eat the same meal - chicken bowls with most of the other toppings - but occasionally I get the quesadillas. The food has been consistently flavorful and fresh, aside from guac 1-2 times. The service is typically friendly, but every few visits we run into a grouchy employee which makes for an unpleasant experience. On my last visit, the girl was clearly bothered and ignored my request for lettuce due to speaking uncomfortably annoyed at a coworker. Nonetheless, the experiences are good at this Chipotle location, many employees have been very friendly and sometimes generous with toppings, and the food only bloats me about 50% of the time (could be some weird digestion situation, not sure). I would recommend a stop at this location, even if it's busy and even if the employees are clearly disgruntled. Food is consistently good.
