Surprisingly good. The see is outstanding and the drinks are very good Single origins options. I was there just for coffee, but they have small bites-as well as beer and wine options . The location is off putting( 2nd floor of HEB) but the coffee good varied options from frappes to dingle origin . Be awares this a Cash free business.
The service makes this place. They will make any drink with milk alternatives you which they have several. I come here because the crew is outstanding and helpful the drinks are above average but the crew is a stand out

Very nice and sleek design. Was visiting an HEB and decided to get coffee. Didn't know they had a coffee shop first time I heard of this place. I was impressed by the service as well as quality of my drink. I got the donut frappee, it was amazing. Crazy thing is I don't like sweet things usually but it had the perfect balance. Of boldness and sweet, recommend getting a coffee while at HEB.

I first stopped by The Roastery while doing a bit of shopping at HEB. I ordered a their doughnut drink and was not disappointed. To my surprise the doughnuts are made homemade right in front of you! If you are in this part of town and need your caffeine fix, stop by and ask for Lynn.

High quality, and allergen friendly. I got the Viet Coffee, which was delicious, and my mom got some kind of coffee drink with oat milk. They were fast, courteous, and everything was super fresh.

Located inside the HEB on the 2nd floor. They had plenty of milk substitutes and coffee options than just your standard latte or cappuccino. They also serve food and desserts. The donut drink seems to be the most popular

We ordered the donut cappuccino and the matcha latte. I loved my matcha latte - they gave me the option for unsweetened or sweetened and I choose unsweetened. The milk foam was super fluffy and rich. The donut that comes with the donut cappuccino is almost more of a churro, but good nonetheless. They added cinnamon syrup into the donut cappuccino - I don’t think they do that for normal cappuccinos, so it’s good to have the warning, as I don’t like syrups in my coffee. I also snagged a breakfast taco that was to die for, and a grapefruit Topo Chico. We went shopping at HEB after since it was so conveniently located. Highly recommend!

Great coffee and service. High quality coffee shop inside The Heights HEB. Convient for shopping and they also have online ordering so you can order and grab it easily when you are on your commute. They also have a patio along with cafe dining. Fast casual. Love the options. One thing that is off in my opinion is the extra charge for the milk alternatives compared to other shops. Average prices for menu. Will keep coming back as long quality and friendly service is there.
