Slow service, was never asked if we needed a refill. Food took 45 minutes with only 4 tables were occupied. We had to get up to ask for a refill twice. I don't see this place lasting to long there. I will just stick to going to the other one down I-10 East between Mercury and John Ralston. Sorry to complain, but I am still a fan of Tostada Regia. But this location I just don't know.
Service and staff has gotten way better. Now is my daughter and I favorite place to go to.

By far this is one of the best places to eat here in the east end part of Houston. We drove here from Katy thinking this place closed at 11 PM. We walked in at 9:50 PM and we were not turned away. They served us our food right away and it looked freshly cooked. We recommend you guys to stop by.

This place just opened and I'm happy it did. The food is delicious, they're salsas are amazing. We were greeted at the door and our orders were taken immediately. The food arrived about 10 minutes later.

Went for the first time today. Our server was Ana. She was very friendly, always asking if we needed anything, kept the table clean, kept our cups full. She was perfect. We ordered the Original Tostadas. They were very fresh, Salas was delicious and fresh, my brother had a torta of barbacoa and he said is was amazing. So overall we had an awesome experience here. Another employee Oscar was also very friendly and also kept asking if we needed anything. We definitely we be back.

Really good food and service. You sit yourself and someone comes over very quickly to give you a menu and take your drink order. Food comes out fast and is very delicious. prices are very reasonable and if you are on a time limit for lunch you get in and out very quickly.

Very inexpensive breakfast menu, but limited options. Immediate service and acknowledgement by the waite staff. Hot fresh food. Single stall restroom which could be cleaner. Enjoying coming here for a quick inexpensive meal (breakfast or lunch)!

The Mexican burger and quesadilla was good. But the fries tasted refried, they never refilled our drinks and I had to go ask for the receipt at the register. It was $40 for 3 people.

There was hair in our tostadas, nasty it was cook with them. Then the waiter brought our food and I gave it back right away my rice had a hair. They offer to get me a new plate which I agree , however my son's beans had a hair as well. We told a different waiter the issue she cancel the order but made it seem as if it was a to bad to sad situation. We just left my daughter didn't even touch her food after the second hair.

The food is great, as is all Tostada Regia's. The service on the other hand, not so much. Our waiter seemed like he had too much on his plate. His tables were so scattered he couldn't keep up. We had to look for him to get lemons. We waited about 10 minutes before my fiancé finally got up and asked Someone else. He seemed almost annoyed when we asked for our plate to be without something. I would suggest better training in customer service, and maybe give them sections of the restaurant so that they aren't so scattered.

I ordered from here and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't eat with my family because I had to come back and get a portion of my order correct. After driving back I asked for a discount. Gas isn't free and they made the mistake. The cashier Adriana looks at me crazy and says "oh no, we only exchange, sorry". I sit down at a bench near by and over hear her tell the manager what I asked for. The manager said (yeah, right).. something to that extent. My question is... whatever happened to the customer service? We keep these businesses open, if it wasn't for us they wouldn't exist. They should remember that.
