Had ordered an Iced Venti Shaken Espresso with vanilla sweet cream since they ran out of Cold Brew. I think they gave me sweet cream cold foam instead of vanilla sweet cream. The Espresso has a similar taste except it has a bit more bitterness to it without some sugar. Only had like 20 minutes to sit in before closing. Otherwise it was nice and enjoyed the drink. Yup it’s a quality Starbucks location. The drive thru moves quickly and the staff is clearly well trained in customer service. The place is packed sometimes but they’ve figured out how to make the coffee flow quickly! The sitting area is smaller than other locations but still would be acceptable at off peak times.

Today I went through the drive thru to redeem my birthday drink, when they took my order the barista wished me a happy birthday, & when we got to the window Brianna (barista) made my day by complimenting me & joking around with me & my boyfriend. I never really make these reviews but I felt like she deserved a great review for her really nice customer service.

Drink is always made correct at this location. It’s always the perfect temperature and delicious. This location is way better than other Starbucks locations. Line always goes super fast. I drive out of my way to come to this one. It’s my absolute favorite!

My drinks here are mostly consistent! I worked the Starbucks grind years ago so I know what I should expect for quality. I knocked one star for inventory. Manager should not allow the store to run out of vanilla syrup on different occasions in the middle of the week. Also a minor knock for service. If my frap needs to be reblended because the drive thru took too long, please do so, but don’t water it down so much that I can’t taste shot of espresso. In other words, don’t charge me extra for a shot of espresso I’m not actually receiving.

They’ve changed the seating arrangements around and I don’t like it. There isn’t any privacy with the way the seats are positioned.
